use it exactly like the video stated..use the same products in the video:))

cinnamon powder,olive oil,honey.

You can get all the products from the grocery store,

Dont use cheap honey but it dont have to be major high either. The olive oil you can use virgin or the reglar kind. I use it once a day at least 5 times a week. The more you use it the better.

for about a month. There is no asap remedy it takes some time for your

hair to grow back. The more you show it attention the better your hair will

look. Make sure you deep condition it often:)

I did this a couple of times awhile ago but not enough to see results but it did smell good.

Now I am doing a sulfur oil mix and it's working.

I use to have badly thinning edges, so I used the Temple and Nape Gro with almond butter, but I mixed mine with olive oil and it did wonders, the cinnamon and honey sounds interesting :).... informative vid, keep them coming :)
