I support the Libyan rebels efforts to rid their country of Ghadafi and think that our air war against Ghadafi is a way of helping them without risking American lives (As long as we send in no ground forces) but I HATE Al Qaeda who are obviously helping the rebels like we are. I am no supporter of John McCain, but by this standard anyone who supports the Libyan rebels is by extension supporting al-Qaeda because there's an "increasing relationship between the two." I think you can reasonably accuse McCain of being naive, but saying he supports al-Qaeda would be a stretch.
In order to write "John McCain supports al-Qaeda" in a video title, you'd have to have pretty concrete evidence of him giving money to them, directly praising an al-Qaeda operative, etc.
