If anyone still believes that he purposely took Satriani's tune (Which the osngs are very barely similar) after this interview, then they are really fucking stupid. Chris martin dances better than Usher, Sings better than Beyonce, writes songs better than Elton John, and plays piano better than Matt Bellamy.

If he were jealous, he would have acted apathetic or negatively about AF's album, not complimented it so greatly. Jealousy makes people bitter and rude. He's modest and is appreciative of other good music, is all. I'm not sure if you got it when he said it, but it was a hyperbolical JOKE meant to flatter. The best artists are always unaware of how much superior they are. It's the great humble sweetness of his/their character.
