I have nothing but respect for this lady and other people who lived through the Great Depression because they knew how to survive. Nowadays, people are lazy and only looking for a quick way to do things. Granted, more women have to work, but there is no reason to eat processed foods. I love how she made pasta sauce from real tomatoes. I am going to make this recipe.

Anyway, fantastic way of showing how to make HOMEMADE, real tomato sauce. The 'stuff' in the cans is a lot easier and faster, but it's also filled with horrible chemicals from the can and is definitely not as satisfying and delicious as HOMEMADE tomato sauce. It takes longer but uses the HEART in the cooking!
