I have widex passion hearing aids for a month. The battery door came off the left hearing aid and the ear plugs come right out of my ear with an anchor which is used to hold them in.Anybody else have same problem.

@pookie4006 Hi Pookie. It´s very unfortunately what you have experienced with your Passion hearing aids. I would suggest that you call the dispenser who made the fitting, he/she should be able to help you with the problems. As for the eartip, it seems as if you might have the wrong size for your ears. This is also something the dispenser should be able to help you with.
