  • Looks like Pyoro/Bird and Beans for DSi Ware or Wario Ware Inc Mega Microgame$.

  • Mark should review Ginormo Sword. it's a flash game that has atari 2600-style graphics

  • @ladieslovethebanana i dont think CGR reviews flash game

  • This game would be very easy to port to the NES, minus the tilting, but the problem is that it's TOO simple. Paying 50 bucks for this simple game 20-30 years ago would be a rip off. Maybe this could also be programmed for the U-Force, but everything's easier said than done.

  • I clicked on the picture rather then looking at the name.. I thought you were reviewing bubble bobble :(

  • looks like the dragon guy from bubble bobble

  • *way

  • I love this reviewer. He just gives his honest opinion in a dry, witty, well contrived

  • They need to make more games in this style, imagine a new Mertroid game with 8-bit graphics and sounds for the ipod!!! :) and a Castlevania one too!!!!!!

  • ClassicGameRoo, best of the world !

  • Wow, second best in the world !

  • Oh hey, just like bird and beans!

  • @Iceeman234 his name is pyoro D:

  • hey i found you in dragon panic

  • hahahah, victory is short lived I guess. because I bought this game right after I saw this vid and I checked, Classicgameroo is #35

  • lol at the dragon when it dies :3

  • Isn't this game essentially identical to Pyoro 2 from Warioware, and using a sprite edit of a Bubble Bobble Dragon to boot. Taito and Nintendo might wanna have a word with the developers of this game >_>

  • @Nikashi Exactly right, Bubble Bobble dragons with like 10 different pixels and Pyoro 2 from Warioware for gameplay, not a single original thought was put into this one.

  • world record holder! now you can be like roy shildt aka mr awesome

  • But I digress. Many people have not played the original Pyoro anyway.

  • For the love of god, I hate when people call it bird and beans. The original name is Pyoro, and I don't think this looks like the bubble bobble dragons at all.

  • Bird n Beans graphical redisign

  • THATS JUST LIKE BIRD AND BEANS

  • Right now ClassicGameRoo is 26th place.

  • Classic Game Roo

  • bubble bobble on steroids

  • it kind of seems like bird and beens for the dsi

  • @niah146 ...It is for Wario Ware. It was RERELEASED on the DSi.

  • I looked at the first six seconds of this video and thought "Bubble Bobble dragons in Castlevania?...I'm gettin' it!"

  • love ur reviews

have been subscribed for a while now

  • ur on 20th place now :P

  • it is lust like birds and beans on the dsi ware

  • i cant find it :(

  • Is this game gone from the apple store?

  • Pyoro rip off. =O

  • @5Chat5 Wow, I guess it is a ripoff... and that game was just a minigame within a game.

  • @5Chat5 pyoro is also better

  • looks like a rip off of bubble trouble

  • Ya know what would be interesting. Let's just say for SOME reason there will never be any new video-games in any shape or form. I would laugh my a** off at the gamers who only play new games and don't know what a Sega Genesis is. Ya know, Genesis is kinda like Guineas.

  • isn't the dragons from that bubble game but w/ a small nose?

  • ur now number 14!!

  • it's like bird and beans on the dsi ware shop

  • what i was thinking

  • Looks a lot like Pyoro

  • lol the scoreboard stuff was rly funny :D

im not so good as you ಠ_ಠ

  • this is a lot like bird and beans for the DSi....

  • lol! First place on scoreboard! Gratz =D

  • looks like bubble bobbles dragon

  • @sontuk96 I guess it's Bub's and Bob's cousins

  • Looks like a cute game. I like that jaunty little tune when you hit a green potion!

  • i bought it its really cool

  • Huh. That Dragon looks a lot like Bub and Bob from BubbleBobble.

  • CLASSICGAMEROO

There's never enough room for your full name, is there?

  • not unless ur name is Tom.. :P

  • This looks like it would work better with a D-pad and button, rather than using the imprecise tilt controls.

  • cool game

  • Blaze the Dragon = Player 1's dragon from Bubble Bobble mixed with Yoshi with an unsightly square nose.

  • this is like bird and beans for the nintendo dsi

  • great soundtrack

  • bubble bubble?

  • I'm not sure if DSi Ware has this game yet, but it is very simlure to PoyoPoyo 2 (A minigame in the original WarioWare that's unlocked by getting a good score on PoyoPoyo)

PoyoPoyo 2 is the same design, but with only block regen as the only avilable power-up. PoyoPoyo was much harder, as you lad to lick the falling objects, on the same 45' angle.

  • Wow, no. 2 in the UNIVERSE.

Damn, I gotta get a iPod Touch and become NUMBER 1!!

  • The lava, background, etc. looks like it came from Super Mario World for SNES.

  • i like the little music beats it has

  • Such a fun game to play, addicting as hell. I'm number 1 in it but as more people get this I'm sure that will change, haha

  • the dragons look like the dinos in bubble bobble

  • Exactly what I was thinking. Get out of my mind!

  • too late

  • aw snap

  • @ufcfan94 aye, they do a little hah

  • i really should start designing apps for the iPhone... perhaps ClassicGameRoo will review one of theme!

  • I love that you're reviewing iPod games, too.

  • You should make second place so you can add an m

    1st classicgameroo

    2nd m

  • i just love the intro in these videos nice..

  • Kind of reminds me of Bubble Bobble and Castlevania combined. Really want it.

  • its like pyoro (birds and beans) on the dsi

  • that game was originally for the gba (part of warioware micro minigame$)

  • Classic game roo. Hahahaha, you're great.

  • It looks like the pink dragon's shots will bounce off the walls while the green dragon's won't.

  • Wait, what? Doesn't the "skull" make you loose your breath? That's what I got from your video anyways.

  • 2nd place CGRHD FTW

  • looks real old like 80S old

  • The closest we'll come to an Atari Touch!

  • Congrats on your world record!

  • i like Classic Game Room to death, but i couldn't care less about these ipod reviews. Sorry

  • somehow this dragon remind me of the one in bubble bobble with minor modifications...

  • Same here.

    I immediately thought that.

  • wow me too

  • spyro xD

  • damn this game looks horribly boring. I still think that it's cool that you are the number 1 world ranked player lmao But it's still not as cool as those Penguins. Shit, homie, have you been watching these goddamn Penguins lately? I tell you...,magic that's what it is.

  • Whaddaya mean by that {the penguin part}

  • reminds me of pyoro

  • Congrats on becoming #1!

  • it looks like a mario3 boss fight

  • Lol.. Fake version of Birds And Beans from the DSiware

  • I SHALL CHALLENGE YOU TO A DUEL!!!!! XD

I'm surprised he hasn't reviewed MS. Pacman for the Ipod yet...

  • yes, yes I am :3

  • Ripoff. Jeez Apple. Come up with something original for a change!

  • well, Apple isn't at fault here, unless this game was made by them, I don't really know but like 99% of apps in the appstore, or even maybe 100% are made by third party companies, everything made by apple comes with the Ipod already, I think.

  • I still want to see a review of the tna Ipod game.

  • they should make ninja golf for the ipod touch

  • LMAO, great review, looks like a great little game. And congrats on your 1st world record. You should have the Guinness Book recognize it.

  • When I think of CLASSICGAMEROO I picture a subtly sarcastic kangaroo with a unique way of reviewing interesting games in a deadpan delivery voice.

  • I wan more classic and DS reviews :( Nice review though, I liked it! :)

  • and i want more RPGs!!! now! lmao

  • BIRD AND BEANS RIP OFF!!!!

  • true but i think bird and beans 1 and 2 are better

  • you should should review adventure for the ipod touch / iphone its a port of an atari 2600 that i forgot the name of

  • CLASSICGAMEROO

    *chuckle*

  • cool make more

  • 2:39 When that bomb starts coming down, the dragon just shuffles helplessly left and right before going kerplooee. Hilarious ^_^

  • Uh, you have to tap the screen to shoot at the stuff that's falling... :)

  • But he doesn't do it there for whatever reason. Just watch it, it amuses me ^_^

  • Well either the game hasn't quite started yet (so no flame yet), or you just shot a skull...in which case the dragon loses its flame for a few seconds (making skulls bad if you shoot them, bad if you don't).

  • That'd explain it. I don't know anything about Dragon Panic outside of this video, so what I see I comment on. Nice clarification, comrade.

  • that greed dragon looks ALOT like bub from bubble bobble...copyright infringement anyone?

  • thats true

  • Beat me to it, I was gonna say the exact same thing

  • that game is a ripoff of bird and beans for dsi

  • it is

  • yeah #1

  • that game is a rip-off of bird and beans for the nintendo dsi

  • Nice

  • shooting the skulls makes your fire go away for a bit.

  • It really reminds me of Pyoro from the Wario-Ware games.

  • Why did people thumb down this guy? His post was obviously _really_ sarcastic.

  • Haha. Welcome to the internets. It's serious business.

  • Congrats!!! Great review :)

  • #1 in the world.

    NICE!

  • Looks and sounds like a C64 game. That is Pretty cool in my opinion.

  • Congrats with the #1 ranking!

  • It reminds me of bubble bobble mixed with breakout.

  • It's the love child of an old Atari game,Castlevania and Bubble Bobble.

  • And what do you consider a real game?

  • You're not his boss.

  • He just reviewed Ikari Warriors, Gardening Mama, and Pinball Quest yesterday! God damn, you're impatient.

  • Great! Try to keep it up at the first place!

  • Look like a weird cross of Bubble Bobble graphics with Bird and Bean gameplay. While think the iPod is a viable gaming platform, it bugs me how many games are just haphazardly skinned rip offs of established games. That being said, Karmastar, Primrose, Eliss, Rolando, and Zenonia are all worth a play and are a bit better and more forward thinking than most games on the platform.

  • funny game i love it

  • I mite get this

  • Man this game looks awesome!

I love the graphics in the game. Feels like I am playing an old school game.

  • i don't care what other people think, i'm glad you guys are reviewing ipod games. they're just as good as anything else

  • BLARG! PANIC HERE COMES THE DRAGON
