I'm glad for the post but in Chicago all those guys would be fired for taking so long. I can't believe the operator isn't on the buzzer or box screaming for these guys to cut it loose. Most likely this is south or west coast the guys are dogs.

If they would just line down a bump more the panel would quit bouncing. Also you put two ties in the top and just cut it loose. That is a super slow panel set, especially for a panel that small.
