Today I argued w/a middle age woman who's parents are still alive who smoke. She said they can only smoke outside. That really shows respect to them after giving her life & raising her well then puts them out in the cold for a cigarette. I told her if that was me? I put her outside in the cold if she was my kid! All of you so scared to die? Your still going to & leave us alone!
I can't believe the Greeks, of all peoples, would put up with this interference with their liberties. This is the nation where riots break out if the government does anything to piss the people off.
Smoking bans worldwide are crumbling at last as common sense begins to kick in!
SHS is harmless. Primary smoking has never been proved to be harmful using hard science. Break free from indoctrination and start to question the lies spouted by anti-smoker alarmists.
ALL you are doing is condoning the avoidance of responsibility by polluting corporations by blaming individuals for their own ill health rather than them - the true cause.
For all those against smoking, smokers are the funders of children's national health insurance. In all truth, if you loved children you'd become part of the 22 million that are needed to fund SCHIPS properly. But I guess you don't love the children....that's ok, I'm sure all the sick children who aren't covered will forgive your selfishness.
@Jalestra Don't let this stop you from going to Greece. The only reason they're making propaganda like this "report" is because now in Britain they want to amend the smoking ban. Lots of British people go to Greece on vacation and come back saying, "Why do thye have freedom and we don't?" From what I hear the Greek ban is a bust.
It's called "Democracy" where the majority rules. The Greeks invented Democracy and are obviously one of very few countries that still practice it. Today it's banning smoking in indoor & outdoor areas, tomorrow who knows what dictatorship laws will be placed upon us where our freedom of choices are taken away from us. By the way, I'm practicing my freedom of speech (is that still aloud?)

Cab drivers... how many times I've argued with them about smoking. They claim their taxi is private property and can act however they want in it - go figure.
