I'm glad they changed the lyrics and flow up a little bit. If sung as the original, it doesn't make sense - unless Adam broke up with his guitarist too? It's a much more personal-trauma kind of song now.

Tantric's older version deserves a listen too. It's not as interesting IMO but is more acoustic and faithful with FM's trademark harmonies and flow. Taking Dawn's version even more so, as the singing duo were obviously in coitus previously.
