I saw this movie completely in English in 1992 in Singapore. We saw it three times in four nights. I would now like to get hold of a completely English version of the film so that I can watch it again.

I was suprised to find out that UNTAG was a real force sent by the UN in the 1980's to help liberate Namibia from the evil, racist South Africans. No wonder we made a film mocking them!
The UN I suppose - but more specifically how ignorant the rest of the world is of the goings-on in Africa. The scene after the plane lands is a prime example.

i could only get mine in sa and that was in english with afrikaans on most of the speaking , some sa shops in the uk may be able to get it ,i know the shop in london by the embankment does his dvds
