  • The Callahan's site has the joint status document containing all the info about the hair under Michael's ligature. The same same site also has the documentation about the blood on the pendant. Or, you can see the prosecutors explain out of their own mouths that the blood is consistent with 11% of the population, including Jason, in the outtakes from the HBO documentary.

You can also see the pendant hanging around Jason's neck in his arrest photograph.

  • @TheCheetah666 Could you tell me the sources of your information?

  • The blood specks were found on a necklace which belonged to Jason Baldwin, and were consistent with Jason, Stevie and 11% of the population.

I am delighted to hear that this is physical evidence though. Its far weaker evidence than the hair on Michael Moore's body which is consistent with only 1.5% of the population, under a lace that may or may not have come from Stevie's shoe lace. So by your logic, we should convict Terry Hobbs.

  • "Police took a necklace from Echols when he was arrested. An outside crime lab later found blood from two distinct DNA sources on the necklace. One source was consistent with Echols himself. The second source was consistent with both victim Steven Branch and co-defendant Jason Baldwin.

So it’s not true that there was “no physical evidence tying the defendants to the crime."

  • @MegaBamafan123. "Assuming that hair came from Terry Hobbs, does this really prove he was present at the killings? Of course not. One of the three boys could have picked up that hair while inside the Hobbs home, hours or days before they entered the woods." Well this would be enough to blow away this "evidence" in a court. Well I was a supporter too, but I read all the evidences. Take a look at this site, make your own mind about this case.

    wm3truth.com/damien-echols-profile/

  • @bardotrs They wre let out of prison in august of 2011. So if all three got out and Echols was Aquitted from death row, what does that tell you. BTW, i do know they were only let out because they plea Alford plea so yeah, they were still considered guilty but they got out because of substantial DNA evidence that did not mattch them, but the uncle of one of the mudered boys. Email me if you want the full story.

  • it's not because a documentary said that they're not guilty that that's the real truth, stop being so manipulated by the media and start searching.

Not saying that they're guilty, because I weren't there when the boys were killed. I'm just saying that there're proves that they killed the boys, and hbo didnt showed that in their documentary.

  • callahan.8k.com/wm3/dwe.html

  • @weirdcitykid the makers of paradise lost went there belived they were guilty and through the duration of the trial saw they were innocent based on the so called "evidence". plus the dna proves they didnt do it the DNA is a match to terry hobbs and david jacoby. oh and damien and jason never confessed anything becauseif they had those confessions wud be used against them which they werent cause nons like U CANT ACCEPT UR JUSTICE SYSTEM U LOVE AND BELIEVE IN SO MUCH IS WARP CORRUPT AND TWISTED!

  • Weirdcitykid@ I'll believe you if you can prove it..show me facts and witnesses that say this kids actually did it..don't go around saying everyone thinks there innocent just kuz a video ppl saw... there not guilty..it was the one miss information that made this get more attention..not lost in paradise..

  • You know what they say it can be a sweet ride while ur living it..for these boys it was a nightmare..I'm glad to see them finally free I was 3 years old when they were sentenced now im 21 it's crazy to see this.but I do believe the real killer of the boys was the man witness describe as having blood all over him and mud in his shoes..wow wonder who that guy was and what if he dud more killings that nobody knows about.

  • @chingychongo he stated he said what they wanted him to say, truth is his confession is unreliable because he got most of the facts wrong, like completely wrong.but it was the determining factor in this case.

  • @JakeBonculio and when misskelly was offered the chance not to confess he voluntarily did so and said that he, wanted something done about it. and ur opinion to that is? he got facts completely wrong like when he described chasing one boy? in which one victim was found further than the other 2. the cutting of the genitals he also mentioned, which was true. so what facts are u speaking of?

  • Are the WM3 Innocent?

Google "callahn8k exhibit 500" - then go to docs 111, 054, 086, 006, 082, 093, 052. Callahan8k is an independent site that merely presents the facts in the form of transcripts, documents and audio. You won't find opinions there so you may have to actually form your own (which considering the comments section may be a real challenge to some of you). A lot of this information was not available to the jury/court/Paradise Lost film makers or indeed you. Now, it is.

    Good luck!!

  • @weirdcitykid whats your opinion?

  • @ching

My opinion is of no concern really (though I believe you already know it) - all that matters to you should be your opinion. I won't debate the issue anymore - because I recognise both sides to be equally stubborn (myself included). All I can hope, is that people will research the facts of the case and then formulate their own opinion - as oppose to a manipulated opinion via Paradise Lost, Johnny Depp, Mara Leveritt or indeed me. Blindly following others is very dangerous.

  • @weirdcitykid Those callahn8k links are all circumstantial. You cannot convict anyone of a crime on the basis of this evidence. This sort of stuff was used to point guilt in his direction, as everyone knew of his reputation. Most of it reads to me like adolescent shock-value braggadocio. He (claims he) drinks his girlfriends blood (bullshit, IMO) therefore he killed those kids... without a shred of forensic evidence?

    Nah.

  • @IDrinkYourMilkshake8

Firstly, are you aware that there can, accumilate such a wealth of circumstantail...that it becomes statistically impossible to call it circumstantial.

Secondly, none of those files I posted were even used in court - no - the jury relied upon different evidence to convict - these I offer up as a little bonus.

In the real world (which is where I live) you very rarely get the killer standing over the body with a smoking gun. Life is not like that.

  • @IDrinkYourMil

cont...it's all about proving beyond reasonable doubt - something you supporters fail to understand. There is never (or hardly ever) a smoking gun - usually a case relies on evidence, allibi, motive and circumstance to establish a grounds for reasonable doubt. You just cannot legitimately waft all these files away as "circumstantial" = not when taken in the context of the trail as a whole. Confessions, fibre analysis, lie detectors, and yes..circumstantial.

  • @IDrinkYourMilkshake8

You guys will regards anything as inconclusive: (including 3 seperate confessions 2 of which that were attended by defence laywers pleading Jessie not to talk). You are in denial and therefore incapable of considering the evidence as a whole and in context.

I think even if Echols wrote a book called "how I got away with murder!" you would still take his side - claiming the brilliant Echols had penned it in jest! You disgard their own words/confession!

  • @IDrinkYourMilkshake8

I sometimes wonder - what on earth caused so many decent, ordinary people to blindly support three child killers. I know the answer - it's kindness - though your kindness is misplaced here. You all trusted that Paradise Lost documentry didn't you? Never questioned it for a second! That's a shame. I could write an essay on how this all happened - but you would only deny it.

  • @IDrinkYourMilkshake8

All the support, books, celebs, groups etc. came after Paradise Lost.

Paradise Lost was made by 2 relatively unknown film makers - one of whom is on record as saying that he had a "gut feeling" these guys were innocent before the trail had even started. Think about that. Think about how a film maker with a bias could influence you!

Now I am extremely busy and have very important work to do so I won't be debating this further (kindly leave me be).

  • @weirdcitykid Fair enough. I'm confident that justice has been done in releasing these three guys. You have misunderstood how large amounts of circumstantial evidence works to incriminate, but I'm happy to lay it to rest.

    Cheerio.

  • read and listen to the confessions,he was not led. He even say he was treated "NICE" His lawyers begged him not to confess but he did anyway stating that "HE WANTED SOMETING DONE ABOUT IT" listen to the confessions here on utube. You might change your mind.

  • Damian was receiveing social security checks every month before the murders because he was deemed mentally incompentant to work ANY jobs. He's listed as permenly disabled for life. Now that he's out, he gets his monthly check again. All at tax payers expence. I'm surprised you didn't know that. He's a mentally disabled CONVICTED CHILD KILLER and that will be on his record FOREVER.

  • DAVIS: That would conclude this statement at 8:45 on February 17, 1994.

  • DAVIS: Jesse I asked you earlier about what you just told me about the events that took place the night of May 5. Is that, what you told me the truth?

    MISSKELLEY: Yes, sir.

DAVIS: Ok. And if I asked you to testify to that in Court, would you and could you testify truthfully to those same things?

    MISSKELLEY: Yes, sir.

  • DAVIS: Ok. Were they, did they have their clothes on or did they have their clothes off when they got tied up?

    MISSKELLEY: The had'm off.

DAVIS: And were they conscious when they were getting tied up?

MISSKELLEY: They wasn't moving no more

  • DAVIS: Ok. Now what did Jas, what did you see Jason and Damen do to the other two (2)?

MISSKELLEY: Well Damien screw one of'm.

DAVIS: When your saying he going screw him, what did you see him do?

MISSKELLEY: Well he was gonna stick his penis in that little boys behind

  • STIDHAM: And you also understand that again it's my advise that you not talk or give any kind of statement here tonight ..ah.. until we have a chance to file a motion for a new trial and get your Psychiatric Evaluations complete. Do you understand that ?

    MISSKELLEY: Yes, I do.

STIDHAM: And it is your decision to go ahead and make this statement anyway ?

    MISSKELLEY: Yes.

You still want to give a statement despite my advise and counsel?

MISSKELLEY: Yes, cause I want something done about it.

  • CALVIN: But you haven't been promised anything for your testimony and you want to give it free and voluntarily.

    MISSKELLEY: Yes.

CALVIN : And nobody's mistreating you?

    MISSKELLEY: Nope

  • CALVIN: Ok, How have we treated you ?

    MISSKELLEY: Nice.

CALVIN: Ok, has anybody been rude to you or anything ?

    MISSKELLEY: No.

  • MISSKELLEY: Damien was messing the one little boy's penis.

CALVIN: Jessie, you need to speak up a little bit.

DAVIS: When you say he was messing with one of the boy's penis' what do you mean? What was he doing?

    MISSKELLEY: pulling on it.

  • DAVIS: Ok. Could you see where he, was he cutting the boy?

MISSKELLEY: No, he was like this swinging the knife at his legs.

DAVIS: Ok. Could you see, did you ever see one of the boys get cut with the knife?

MISSKELLEY: After he cut through with'm then I noticed what'd he done

  • DAVIS: What, what was Damien doing during this time?

MISSKELLEY: Well the one that got cut on his face, he stuck his finger on his cheek and slicked the blood off of it.

DAVIS: That's what, saw Damien do. What else was he doing?

MISSKELLEY: He grabbed one of'm by the ear, I don't know which one, he grabbed on of'm by the ear trying to pull his ear off or something. He grabbed'm pretty tight. It turned kind of red

  • Go to the West Memphis jail and research the evidence. Don't blow your fucking mouths here until you do that.

I am going to eat blueberries.

    Stupid world.

  • in prison for such a crime you can only imagine what their time consisted of. and that in my opinion is thinking. shit, days when i didnt want to go to school i'd be in the restroom plotting for ways not to go

  • the confession has a teen saying specific details he has not heard before like the fact one corpse was distant from the others, by him stating that he had chased one kid. perhaps chased him further and had retrieved him to where victim kid was found, also stating to have seen the cutting of the genitals. even after he confessed you think theyre innocent? why? you think their DNA would remain in the woods? and to think it took a professional cus they stuck a shirt down with a stick is a retard

  • because johnny depp, and the dixie chicks said so? what the fuck? this documentary also showed me how low people are to want to feel connected to something that has nothing to do with them. there are many cases and perhaps the kids in those cases don't look the way these kids look (or look the way america wants them to look) to catch anyone's attention lol.

  • shows how sad people are. i am a very curious person and i like to set myself in anyone's situation and try to figure out what triggers a person. most people are very much alike and only see what they want to see and hear what they want to hear. what is it that you all want to see, and hear? for what reason do you want to believe something but are not sure if it is the truth? did their looks remind you of your everyday american kids?

  • @chingychongo What's an "everyday american kid?" I'm not sure if I've ever seen one! I think everyone is weird, nuts and capable of murder! ESPECIALLY YOU! Are you jealous because you can't figure out how to murder and frame it on someone else? Is that is? Is that what is eating you obviously to the point that you are appearing like some type of lunatic on here?

  • @onejanedoe2003 you're just weird to think everyone is capable of murder. i think you've thought about murder to many times to think murder has to do with everything anyone says. you're crazy and i can surely tell why you're interested in this story. i'm interested in figuring out who did it, seems like you aren't

  • Comment removed

  • @chingychongo Do you REALLY think they'd of released them if there wasn't a shred of doubt, or damaging proof contrare to accusing the wrong people? DO YOU THNK THEY LET A FEW ACTORS AND SINGERS SWAY THEM?? DO YOU!! THEN SHADUP!! You've had your little peon rant, now sit down and let others explain why these men didn't it!

By the way, bigotry will eat your soul.

  • @onejanedoe2003 lol u mad? ill just admit i don't have anything to do with this story. nor does anyone else except the kids that were there and the people who murdered them. i don't intend to lead people from the truth because i wasn't there, i just think you should put more thought into it before being convinced to the point you lead people from the truth when you weren't there either. the police think they did it. i believe the police in this case.

  • @onejanedoe2003 not to mention the arguments for their innocence was kind of ignorant. stating because someone stuck clothes into the water with a stick has to have been a professional is the dumbest thing i've heard. because there was no DNA evidence in the woods when mother nature would erode of any. kind of ignorant. look at the producers lol. they took black and white photos with echols in the first documentary. they must be satanists that believed echols was too lol. just a thought, though

  • I guess time will tell if the;re guilty. If one of them try and kill again i bet supporters will be having second thoughts.

  • @TheSpldbrat I dont feel like arguing about it .

it does not do any good. I give up on the child murder groupies. I could type and type and type the reasons why i think they are guilty and (i have for months now ) but it would never do any good. Its like yelling in the ear of a death guy.

  • @imaStonesFan yeah, cause the guy would be DEAD...u may could use sign language if the guy was DEAF tho....

  • @8dukesbats4 Deaf i meant. not death.

Spell check when i make typos don't always know what i meant...it corrects spelling but it don't read my mind. So at least you right about how to spell a simple word thanks Einstein.

  • @imaStonesFan Einstein was a physicist, not an english vocabulary teacher...he probably would have spelled it wrong too....PS: imaStonerfan

  • @8dukesbats4 You're a stones fan? Great they rock.

  • superblueboy you obviously are not from west memphis I am and I still live here he was coerced him he was tricked into confessing the fake shit he was interrogated for 12 hours on 20 minutes of it was recorded

  • Song name???

  • @MetalMakesMeEargasm Doomsday by BBC National Orchestra of Whales & Ben Foster

It's off of one of the Doctor Who soundtracks. :)

  • THEY ARE FREE ALL YOU SHIT HEADS THAT THINK THEY ARE GUILTY....!!!!! HEY SHIT HEADS....HAHAHAHA .. FREEcause they didn't do it ! So stfu already.

  • Loving the amount of people who are willing to believe anything the government shows them as fact and never question it... No DNA? Doesn't matter. Questioning a boy who was not mentally capable of defending himself, let alone his friends? Doesn't matter. DNA of one of the step parents at the scene? Doesn't matter. No DNA of any of the other parents or step parents? Doesn't matter. Hobbs lying about working the day the boys murdered? Doesn't matter. MY prayers are answered. WM3 are free

  • If you haven't listened to Misskelly's confession, you need to. Is that constuctive enough for ya?

  • @DrHogfan No, because you obviously know nothing about Misskelly. Get over it, they're free. Stop being an idiot. kthnxbai.

  • @BrittanyGoBoom NO that'snot constructive enough for ya? OR NO ,you haven't listened to JM's confession to police. What I do know about Jesse Misskelly is that he gave police information(facts) that he would not have known if he wasn't ACTUALLY THERE . What do you know about Jesse Misskelly that I don't ? Enlighten me.

  • @DrHogfan You're wasting my time. You obviously know nothing about this case. The police forced him into a room for over several hours without informing him to call his lawyer, interrogated him without probable cause, and basically forced him into admitting to something he didn't do. Leave it alone. You're wrong, and the judicial system obviously agrees with that. There's not enough evidence leading to them. Go cry to someone else who gives a damn about your delusions.

  • @DrHogfan NO he actually gave bad information that didnt make any sense at the scene of the crime and honestly had no real knowledge of what really happened, he says it happened in the morrning when the kids were at school, then he said it happened at night...the police were leading him to make false confessions because his brain functions on the same level as a kindergardener.

  • @DrHogfan How do you know that this info wasn't unintentially fed to Jessie and coached to him prior to the "confession" being recorded? They didn't record the entire thing, why is that? The media DID release info about the murders and rumors were flying in this small, very frightened town. Jessie wanted OUT of that station, he said whatever they wanted for that to happen (child mentality). He also kept saying, "then I left" several times, but the idiot cops kept acting like he stayed there.

  • @DrHogfan Also, if he was so guilty and was positive the WM3 killed the boys, why didn't he testify against Jason and Damien it their trial for a vastly reduced sentence? He wasn't their close friend, so why not? Because he knew they were not guilty. You have to let go of your belief they are guilty. Jason had a brother the same age as these boys. Do you really think he would kill his classmates? Go back and start from the beginning and ask yourself,"why didn't the cops look at the parents?"

  • @DrHogfan You are talking shite,i've listened to his "confession" and hardly anything he says really happened. Also he had the mental capacity of a five year old and was clearly coerced by the police.

  • @SuperBlueboy1878 What? Did he just make all that stuff up? How was he coerced when the police were advising him to NOT do that interview? You heard him say he wanted to tell what he saw because he wanted "something done about it".

  • @SuperBlueboy1878 Right..a 5 year old? He's going to college now.I guess they now have a college for 5 year olds .

  • @BrittanyGoBoom Yeah they are free, but they admitted they would be found guilty if it went to a second trial. And they can't sue for "damages".I heard that Damien is recieveng his monthly checks for being too mentally disabled to work in any matter.Just as he recived the disability checks before the murders he commited.

  • @lysyrg25 Okay, and?

  • @BrittanyGoBoom If you listen to the hour long confession in full, you will know that he was coached by his attorney and surrounding officers to admit to being a witness. The "facts" he gave were already known by the police. They wanted him to place the blame on Damien and Jason. Jason would not admit to the charges and still feels like he never should have. Notice how during the press conference they put Misskelly in between the two, they were hoping to start a confrontation. ENLIGHTEN ME!

  • @lysyrg25 Actually, the three did not admit they would be found guilty if it went to a second trial, in fact they would have had a very good chance of being exonerated. The first trial was an absolute cornucopia of prosecutorial and police misconduct, along with police NOT looking into the parents at all or any other suspects with any seriousness. Forensics were a joke (they should have called in state investigators). The judge allowed non-evidence and the jury wasn't sequestered. UGH

  • @2mbR8erShan Actually, they did enter an Alford plea.Which means, they do not admit guilt but, believes that the prosecution has enough evidence to find them guilty. So actually, they do admit they would be found guilty.

  • @lysyrg25 Yes, they entered an Alford plea (very RARE), which is a way the state can protect itself from lawsuits by the 3. In order for this to work, they must plead guilty, but get to legally proclaim their innocence. What you claim is completely untrue. There is new DNA & forensics, witnesses, a new judge and a more enlightened community. The new prosecuting atty Ellington admits "These defendants, the state believes, could very easily have been acquitted.'' -Commercial Appeal

  • @lysyrg25 Also, I am aware of the Alford plea "legalese" and what the 3 were required to say in court. They were required to say the state had enough evidence, but this is completely untrue, they just had to say it for the plea to be accepted. Jason did not even want to do this plea because he is innocent and wanted to be exonerated. He finally did it in order to save Damien from further health decline or execution. They can still work on clearing their names, hopefully they will be pardoned.

  • @2mbR8erShan It dosen't matter if it is a true alford plea or a purgury Alford plea. They took it and that's how it is leagally. If i was innocent,I would never take an Alford plea or any other plea, claiming guilt. If they took it to get out of prison, then they're idiots. And that's exactilly what they are.In the eyes of the court, they are guilty of the crime. They can NEVER clear their names, and will NEVER be pardoned.Pardoned? lmao

  • @lysyrg25 Ok, I'll slow down. Jason did not want to take the plea, he really wanted to clear his name and get a new trial. Damien had been on Death Row, solitary confinement for 10 years. This is not a place you want your worst enemy to hang out. I'm not sure you have even researched this case. I am usually a prosecution supporter, but not this time. I could care less about the celebs, documentaries, etc. I used my brain. And yes, sorry, but they CAN clear their names w/Governor pardon.

  • @2mbR8erShan Wow,Im going to state it one more time and im done.If you can read...they took the plea..it makes no difference what they wanted to do.In the eyes of the LAW.They have made the Alford plea.UNDERSTAND?.And yes, you're are a true supporter..I've studied this case for many years, and I would wish they were all on death row,for the unspeakable crimes, torture and murder of 3 boys, which everyone forgets. You have only read one side.I have done research of both sides.Reply again,im done.

  • @lysyrg25 We are both done after this, ok. I love how you know what I have and have not read, interesting. I have NOT just read support sites, that is dumb. I have read docs on Callahan's site, WM3truth, downonthefarm, etc. I am interested in the truth, I myself, have a 9 year old boy, so I am well aware of the heinousness of this crime and it affects me deeply, but throwing 3 teens in prison without evidence, is also heinous. You look at this too simplistically, but that is your right.Good day

  • @lysyrg25 How can you 100% beyound a shadow of a doubt say these kids did it when it was Mr Beyers and Mr Hobbs that were caught up in lie after lie? You say you have done research on both sides? Ummm what other side? The only other side would be from the kids and since they are no longer alive....you couldn't have researched their side....Why is it that everyone that is so sure they are guilty cant back up their words with evidence..only feelings, thoughts and opinions?

  • @TheSpldbratI have done research, and they are guilty. All I see is YOUR opinion and YOU raising them on your shoulders as some kind of heroes.Where's YOUR evidence?? HMMMMM? Just YOUR words saying people lied.Don't see any eveidence here.I'm not going into evidence I researched.I'm not going to try and convince someone who believes a murderers words.I hope they rot.Since they can't sue,I hope they enjoy their pathetic mud house and dirt furniture.SCUMS.

  • @lysyrg25 What did you possibly research that states without a doubt these guys are innocent or guilty? Of coarse all you see is MY opinion..I cant very well give someone else's opinion can I? The evidence supporting my accusations on lies are First JMB says he got his teeth knocked out in a fight, then he said it was because disease, then he was asked if his teeth were removed before the murders and he said YES. Then it comes out that they were removed 4 months after the killings...

  • @TheSpldbrat You can hear all the lies on video which are public access so I would appriciate it if you didn't claim those are my words... Also if you are going to come at someone about 'EVIDENCE' you may wanna list at least one fact in your comment instead of stating ' I HAVE DONE RESEARCH AND THEY ARE GUILTY' that is YOUR opinion, not evidence. Unless you can share this so called evidence that you claim to have seen. I'll wait right here until you dig it up...

  • @TheSpldbrat You replied to yourself????Confessions..yes,not once but 3 to 4 times.Nice dribble you have.Typical WM3 hero monger.Did they all say that they would be found guilty?YES.IN AN ALFORD PLEA.

  • Comment removed

  • @lysyrg25 Really? have you heard Damien Echols speak? Mentally disabled? Hardly. Misskelly, that would be an argument for him though

  • @vampmadness misskelly stated in his confession he did not participate as much as the other two, perhaps because he isn't a psychopath. psychopaths are smart, aren't they? misskelly didn't solve a math equation vampmadness, all he had to do was say what he saw or did and that's what he did. he says in the documentary that he confessed because he was fed up with the pressure. wasn't he smart enough to do that? why wouldn't he be smart enough to present facts in his confession, then?

  • @DrHogfan Misskelly was lead by the police

  • @vampmadness Really. How?

  • I have followed this case since the begining. I've never once doubted their innocence. I feel like I've watched them grow up and despite being in the hell they were, they have grown into amazing, inspiring, wonderful men! I am so glad they are finally free and hope they will soon be able the clear their names, too. I've cried many tears over this case, but never as much as when they were freed. I hope their lives are nothing short of wonderful from now on. Much love to all three of them.

  • Just glad they're out. Glad their surrounded by people who care about them and not people who wish them harm. And a HUGE hats off to Jason Baldwin who did not want to take the deal and admit guilt but he did so for Damien's sake!

  • this case has been one cluster fuck after another,ya got police feeding evidence to the slow witted boy,ya got a nitwit that says it a cult killing with no evidence to prove this.ya got jury tampering yes i said it TAMPERING the had not one shred of proof i believe that during the trial they realized this and steps were taken to get he conviction, the boys were not liked they were morons like all teens at that age what they didnt count on were the famous people helping

  • Pam Hobbs deserves to know who killed her little boy and I hope she finds peace in this world and in the next. She seemed like such a lost soul in Paradise Lost 1 but I have come to feel great sadness for her and I hope for everyone the real killers are brought to justice.

I have an impossible time believing Mark Byers is not involved. Even with the new forensics.

  • WM3 FINALLEY FREE,but with what got outcome ?? 3 little babys are still dead and the killer is free, 3 men have lost 18 years of there life and there is still no final justice for the 3 lost souls.

  • What makes me so sad about this is that there are 3 dead children. I never for a second believed these boys killed those babies but what about the real killers? There will never be justice for these poor innocent children.....

  • HAHAHHAHAHA yah you know the truth alright..THEY ARE FREE !!!!!! YAH !!!!

  • I've said it before and I will keep repeating it until all idiotic nons get it.

The state FEARED new trials. Why? Because they were going to lose, and to have the Prosecution openly admit it on camera for the whole world to see. They finally openly admitted that the trials and convictions were all TAINTED.

The state was doomed to lose on Jury Misconduct alone and they've now admitted that!

    ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.

The state released them. Nuff said.

  • Congrats to the WM3!

  • I support the West Memphis 3 :)

  • All 3 are being released.

  • terry hobbs i hope you rot in HELL

  • @imaStonesFan Nobody outside of the Prosecutor's office even considers Jessie's confessions to be credible! No outside experts of any kind! Nada, zip, zero! Do you understand that? (you probably don't). Still don't think people confess to crimes they don't commit?

Here, because you are incapable of independent thought, I'll do the research FOR you. Here is a very well known example:pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/the-confessions

Watch that and watch your whole mindset melt.

  • @imaStonesFan You first, you blood thirsty, moronic freak. 4 more months until the state's house of cards fall!

  • @Xawthem No he was blood thirsty when he killed those babies...... the sorry motherfucker

  • @imaStonesFan Yet the evidence is starting to point at Terry Hobbs. A man who Pam says molested his own daughter. A man who shot his brother in law. A man who attacked his neighbor while she was in the shower. A man whose DNA was found at the scene. Coincidence? I think not.

Echols is innocent, and he will be freed.

Now go stick your head back up your ass you sick, twisted freak.

  • @Xawthem You must be forgetting that one of the GUYS CONFESSED. I have heard his confession and i KNOW these 3 are Guilty!

  • @imaStonesFan You are so blatantly ignorant. JESSIE MISKELLEY is MENTALLY RETARDED. It's nothing new for police to get somebody like to confess to crimes THEY DIDN'T COMMIT. I can give you multiple examples of cases where that occurred. You obviously don't research much on your own, because if you did you see the problem that exists for the "confessions".

If they are guilty, THEN WHY DOES THE FORENSIC EVIDENCE CONTRADICT INSTEAD OF IMPLICATE? Jessie couldn't even get the scene right!

  • Comment removed

  • @imaStonesFan You are a moron. You didn't hear the HOURS of interrogation that took place PRIOR to the statement. The WMPD even acknowledged that they didn't record it. There is a reason WHY they didn't. His statements were all REHEARSED. You're completely ignoring the FACTS. The evidence DOES NOT correborate his statements. There is NO EVIDENCE that links them to the crime beyond false statements.

You're a thick headed idiot who refuses to the truth right before your eyes.

  • @imaStonesFan Your mindset is just like those during the Salem Witch trials. BLIND TO ALL REASON. Words and statements are MEANINGLESS if is NO EVIDENCE TO CORROBATE THOSE STATEMENTS. Just like in the video I listed for you.

Jesse Miskelley has an IQ of BELOW 70. FACT. Check it out yourself.

It is morons like you are DESTROYING our legal system because you are so guillible, and who let the REAL KILLER --> TERRY HOBBS. go free. People like you and Hobbs are the true monsters.

    WM3 = innocent.

  • @imaStonesFan YOU ARE THE ONE THAT SOUNDS retarded !!!!!! GET A CLUE.....THEY ARE FREE !!!!

  • @imaStonesFan How you gonna call anyone else rude when just yesterday you said to me on a public web page FUCK OFF LADY. Not only are you rude and stupid but you just let every one know that you have absolutley no class at all. You need to just sit in your lil trailor park and figure out a way not to be so trashy... Stupidy like you exhibit is just plain amusing and entertaining.

  • @TheSpldbrat No matter what I show as evidence, you will not believe. You will say,it's "lies" and they were "set up". So I'm not wasting my time anymore on these convicted murderers of 3 young boys. If you want to hold these rats up as heroes,go ahead. I hope they all move next door to you and your kids, maybe they could babysit for them. If I ever saw any of them,I would fear for my life and have to do what the law says to protect ones life, and that is USE DEADLY FORCE.

  • @lysyrg25 I agree

  • @Xawthem I wouldn't waste my time talking to this bitch cuz she isn't going to admit she could be wrong and if anyone has anything different to say she cries "Leave me alone' like she is a two year old....Closed minded people like her should just sit at home and stfu!!

  • I read the psychiatric reports that documented the tortured life of Damien Echols leading up to this and during the so called trial of his peers . I might add that the new judge has stated he will not fight charges of Jury Misconduct. These men were convicted by a tainted jury during a time when Mr. Echols was unable to participate in his own defense.

  • i think they did not do it they nee dto be out and the ppeople that did do it i hope they cant sleep at night cuz soem guys are missingout on ther kides lives

  • what song is this?

  • @theclockstickin Doomsday from the Doctor Who, Series 2 soundtrack. (:

  • This group of people here in and around Memphis,Collierville, Southaven, Olive Branch, and other cities, believe in the INNOCENCE!!! of the West Memphis Three and show SUPPORT for Damien, Jessie, and Jason!! Saw your sight here on you tube and just letting you know we are in full agreement about this FALSE CONVICTION ever since 1994, when I started following this outrageous claim by the WMPD. We stand by you for this video!!!! Take Care

  • One of the jurors from the E/B trial has ADMITTED that they used Jessie's "confession" in their deliberations, and was in fact the MAIN reason they convicted them. Damien and Jason's constitutional rights to a fair trial were violated as a result. Members of that jury are OPENLY ADMITTING to Juror Misconduct. (constitutional rights violation)

This information is in one of the juror affidavits that were filed by the defense.

December is looking much worse for the state now.

  • theyre not killers...and somethings gotta take these primitive forms of withchunting out of perspective.the first person someone points to in a group to take the blame is always the minority,if i were wrongfully convicted and lost hope id be one angry individual disgusted w the world and entertain their bs views of whatever they wanted....but its good to see he still has hope

  • @M3Monica

Also consider that no recent forensic testing has pointed towards any of these three. Everything so far has been consistant with Terry Hobbs (Stevie Branch's stepfather) and David Jacoby (Hobb's friend). Note that beard hairs were found in the ligatures that bond two of the boys. Hairs that excluded the WM3, Mark Byers, and Michael Moore's father....but not Hobbs.

DNA > fiber, since DNA is unique while fibers are not.

  • @M3Monica

The state conceded the weakness of the fiber evidence. The kind of fibers, and the dye used on them was consistant with 97% of the fabric in the clothing sold at the local Wal-Mart. So the validity of the fibers is highly disputable since they really could have come from anywhere.

There is no set standard as to how innocent people react in court. Some freak out, so go into complete shock. So to use his reactions is another baseless assertion.

  • I watched Paradise Lost and I completely agree that they didn't get a fair trial. However, I do believe that these three boys are guilty of the murders of the three second grade boys. Regardless of what religion or beliefs Damien had, there were secondary fibers from his shirt found on Stevie Branch's boy scout clothing. He also didn't act anything like someone who was wrongly convicted of capitol murder. He had no emotion throughout the film and it seemed like he knew exactly what to say.

  • It's disgusting how people still question their innocents. What more do people need to see?

  • @weirdcitykid

Too bad you're not keeping up with the case as it is right now. The state's case is falling apart.

The state now opposes all future testing because they know that it will continue to exclude the 3, and potentially implicate Hobbs even more.

If they are guilty, then why does new evidence continue to cast doubt upon the verdicts and not the other way around?

Terry Hobbs is a liar. DNA however, ISN'T.

  • Delete what you like - but this is nonsense and you do not know the truth. You wouldn't like the truth - it doesn't fit with your American dream! Kids don't kill kids...in your world the stepfather does it (there's even a Hollywood film called the Stepfether) - just shows how ingrained this notion is.

isit callahan8k for the facts when you are ready for the truth. Callhan8k takes no sides - it just presents all the evidence for you to decide. Go ahead - delete me.

  • If you do not agree with this, don't watch it, and don't comment. I'm deleting anything negative.

    End of story.

  • @BrittanyGoBoom

Why would you delete comments from people who disagree? That is weak.

  • @beowulven I only delete comments that aren't constructive. People can have opinions without being cruel, uneducated, and rude. I'm just not completely sure that people on Youtube understand that.

  • @BrittanyGoBoom

I guess I misunderstood what you meant by "negative"

I wholly disagree with your opinion. These three gentlemen, by the overwhelming evidence including three separate confessions, are obviously guilty as sin.

You and I disagree, but I hope that doesn't make you feel as if you are correct to delete my post.

  • @BrittanyGoBoom

I see that several posts here that go against what you think is true have been marked as "spam". If you are doing that, you are not only a shitty human being but lying about the content of the posts. And if it IS you marking these comments as spam, then you are an ignorant, lying scumfuck and your opinion does not matter.

  • If any of you really believe they are guilty, then why are you afraid of a new trial? I've looked at sites like callahan.8k.com, and I'm less then impressed by the "evidence".

Give me one piece of credible evidence that shows their guilt. just ONE that cannot be refuted.

  • The only thought Terry Hobbs deserves is increased scrutiny.

  • @OtDawn I like how brainwashed you are.

    These men are not killers.

Law schools use this case to point out false convictions.

You obviously don't know that facts.

Go learn them before typing stupid comments on my page.

  • @Brittany Boom Yeah this OTDawn is irritating to say the least. To bad she DIDN'T read the court trans and REAL evidence like the rest of us DID. There are Dr's and Professionals who say they are innocent, but maybe she knows more than them. yeah right. I hope she does educate herself SOON.

  • I do, and I always have. Great video.

  • @serendipityjane34 Thank you! Just tryin' to get the word out. :)
