  • that's how you film a train :P yep

  • @Limf2oo8 LOL LOL LOL

  • Another excellent video Alan. You do fantastic work. I enjoyed.

  • @rinehartproductions Thank you. I am on my way out the door to film the Gasparilla Pirate Parade in Downtown Tampa. I will post it tomorrow afternoon.

  • Video turned out beautiful!

  • @ArleneBingo Thank You!!

  • very cool video!!

  • i love how you can hear the ground vibrate

  • that thrid wheel is a disk brake

  • @milwfoam I thought so. Thanks

  • Those are Spare Tires just like a car for Emergency.

  • @Millenniumforce Im not kidding. When i rode i sked them a while back and thats what the Conductor told me.

  • @shrednorthwest Weird, it kind of looks like another set of wheels for a smaller track scale. I doubt that's what those are though.

  • @shrednorthwest I see it to but it looks like a gear wheel. Next time I am at the Amtrak station and the train is there I will ask. I know when I saw it in person it was really shiney.

  • @shrednorthwest Where did you see a third wheel

  • AWESOME!

  • @steamtrain6000 This scene will be in my Horror Movie Terror Trails that debuts this Friday at 6pm here on Youtube. My friends head gets cut off by the amtrak train. LOL

  • Great video. From the reverse angle the Silver Star has an erotic phallic look as it goes into the rails. (Watch the video again. You'll see what I mean)

  • @MrCzechers Yes I Did!! Thanks Again For Your Comment..

  • @Millenniumforce @ 1:25-1:27 the only thing missing is a cumshot!

  • @MrCzechers LOL LOL LOL

  • @Millenniumforce I'll be passing thru on the Silver Star on Sunday. Plant City, Neve Wye, TUS, everything. BTW, is that old sleeper car still parked on a siding at TUS? Its for sale, you know.

  • @MrCzechers I don't think i's there anymore. I might tape the Amtrak Sunday. Which way are you going? From What Station to what station?

  • @Millenniumforce WPB-JAX, stopping in TPA along the way.

The old sleeper car is listed at OzarkMountainRailcar. com for $33,000. It appears structurally sound, but isnt Amtrak compliant. She'd need alot of work.

  • @Millenniumforce I looked for the sleeper car when I passed through Tampa. Didnt see it. At least they finally fixed the old trainshed & replaced the lights. Its about time. I'll be back in Tampa to stay a night at the old Floridan Hotel whenever it reopens.

  • I dont know why but for some reason I find it hysterical that Chantilly Lace is playing the backround. other then that great video =)

  • @1983faithfully Actually there was a band across the street when I was recording. LOL

  • Will be looking forward to it .

  • I just saw the on coming train COOL ! Here is a cool Idea for you , edit the 2 vids together so you have the train coming and going.

I subscribed and added you as a friend. thanks for your reply and request.

Some of my videos totally stink but all music is my own comp , and recordings.

Hope you watch them. I have a ton more that have not put to a video yet so more to come.

  • @mrmartyman7 Thank you. Yes I will put the two video's together. I thinkthat would be cool. And s I will check your video's out. I check all my friends and subscribers video's. thanks

  • you pointed the camera the wrong way ! That is how not to film a train

If you face the camera towards the train you get to see the train coming wouldn't that be better .

    Does anyone agree.

  • @mrmartyman7 I did film in the right way in another video in the same place with the engine comming towrds the camera. I just wanted to see how i looks going away from the camera.

  • neat shot but don't spend to much time on the tracks

  • @AMTRAKAEM7FAN1991 I only did this a few times. Plus I worked for New Jersey Transit Back In The 80's as a train conductor.

  • Hi Millenium. Wow, that was neat! One thing though, from railfan to railfan....... CSX is not like the Seaboard Coast Line (man, I miss those days!) and I just wonder if the officials might raise an eyebrow for seeing this clip of a camera between their rails. You weren't doing anything dangerous but I wonder if they would react based on the other stories I've read regarding railfans being "spoken to" by RR security. Just a thought.

  • I hear music

    Great video!!

  • cool

  • @luis3826 Thanks

  • Cool vid. I did it with a freight train once. It was long and slow. lol

Did another on the side of the rail. that one was better.

  • not the best thing to show yourself on the tracks lol (should have just talked from behind)

  • SKIP TO 1:02 FOR IMPACT

  • you know what, I will do that soon as I can, with my old VC though.

  • @SkateboarderRobley Nothing will happen to your cam as long as you put it down between the two rails and best results make sure it is up against a railroad tie so the wind won't blow it over. You wil have to move a few rocks to position it. And never let the camera go above the height of the top of the rail. As you know nothing should hit it below the top of the rail because railroad crossings payment go to the top of the rail and you never see damage marks from the train..

  • @Millenniumforce IK, I just have that feeling. I was thinking about doing it with my old cam with a double stacker train, I'll try to do it soon. FYI I got no job yet

  • rear shot !!

  • @daewooparts Yes!!! Just had to get that one!! LOL Thanks
