Its higher than Nuuk Greenland,

On nearly same latitude as Inuvik in northern Canada.

More north than Fairbanks in Alaska, so yes...

I mean is the crime rate high in Sweden, by that I mean are there lots of stabbings, murders, thefts, drugs etc. By the way, the Arctic circle is about 66 north, so when I think of it like that, I can't believe just how far north Kiruna is. Full of attractive women? LOL.

Temperature here at summer can be from 7 degrees to 18 degrees. It can snow in summer seldom.

At winther temp can be from minus 10 to minus 35-40 degrees. Minus 40 little outside Kiruna its no problem so cold there.

Mostly people can speak english here, we learn in scool ( But long time ago for me :-) Language here is Swedish. And many here also speak Finish, and the Sami people speak Sampi. ( I think it sounds little like Finish ) maby im worng :-)

Town : Kiruna. In Sweden. Most northern area of europe, inside the Arctic circle. 180 km.

Total Darktime at winther: December Januar Midnight sun time at summer. Starts Juni Juli And August.

@ArcticBjarki I think Sami is a dialect of Finnish. Basically, the Samis were gradually forced north by the Finns over many centuries and I guess they have ended up with their own dialect, thus being Sami. I did learn Swedish a few years ago, but need to practise it to remain good. Hej da.

Is everyone here addicted to watching snowstorms and blizzards on youtube as I am? The only explanation I have is that don't mind watching them since I am not there, used to live in that environment in Boston. Where have the worst snow removal method in the nation. I love Canadian snow clearing and removal.

@MidnightLaw01 Yes they do. It's not really 6 months on and 6 months off but it is light around the clock in a few months during the summer and a few months of darkness in the winter.
