he looks better w/o the beard...i agree with paul. i discovered the ndd on my own when i wanted to lose 50lbs...it makes all the sense in the world not to eat at night. i heard of the Warrior Diet before the NDD . i thought the WR was the way to go but its damned hard not to neat throughout the day and eat large at night. i lose my 50lbs and feel great. the NDD is simple and works all the time...
