It will porobably be phased out under universal healthcare,unless you have a specialy,as it is this way in all other countries with free health care,more work is shifted to the RNs',and care suffers. I have done this for over 10 years,and it would be hard to replace my job,and the same has occured to my friends in the field as of now,and that is without the healthcare changes coming,just the economy. hope that helps, California perspective
