@notmygravy if you've never used a windows phone 7, u definitely should try it. In my opinion, I tried both and the responsiveness on windows phone 7 is much better than any android device I've tried. This is my honest opinion after moving to wp7 two weeks ago. It can only get better with the new updates.

the samsung focus is much better than the surround. if you have att and are in the market for a windows phone 7, do yourself a favor and take a look at the focus before you buy the HTC...

Ok, yes I will admit this new OS is missing a few things, but why is it everything was so HUGE when iPhone caught up with "others". "others" had all these great capabilites before iPhone. Microsoft launched this new OS premature but after updates, my opinion is this new OS will just catapult beyond iPhone.

I like some features on iPhone but it isn't all that great.

basically, you sign up to xbox live on the phone and in this you can edit avatar etc. then you can click on download games, you will then be taken to the market place inwhich you can download xbox live games spcifically developed for the WP7. you can still get achievements.

but you can directly play xbox live games on the windows xbox live feature. YGM?

@guitahero401 You will need an account, not a subscription to xbox live. They are two different things. So to clarify you will have to make an account (kind of like iTunes) but you dont have to pay for anything.

@KOXPUSERNAME I have thought it through and I want something different and in my opinion WP7-essentially a Zune phone-is what I have been looking for. The iPhone UI is bland EVEN AFTER I jailbroke it. Jailbreaking just makes it look different and have a few cool features. WP7 has so much more to offer. Oh and I don't care about apps at all. Everyone said I would once I got my iPhone but I only have about 15 apps-2of which I regularly use. I just don't need or want apps.
