  • estas si son peleas.., no como las de manny.

  • Dos, legends

  • MEXICAN!!

  • Never tire of watching this.Barrera was the p4p no1 at his peak and when Morales beat Pacquaio it was one of the best displays of accuracy and punching from angles I'v ever seen. Can't believe they're now fighting at light welter.Barrera is an all time great and one of my all time favourites but I wish he'd retire. He has nothing to prove and neither does Morales. Both legends who should get out now. Thanks for the greatest fight ever and thanks for the upload.

  • 2:31 pinche barrera ardido wey, le puso una putiza morales a barrera en el 5to asalto, y cuando los estaban separando le tira un putazo a la gacha, pinche vato puto.

  • what sheer guts by barrera in round 5!!!

  • i would have paid 100 bucks just to watch it on ppv!!!!!!

  • mexicans are true warriors

  • rnd 5 is one of the best rounds ever :)

  • round 5 was a tie!!!!

  • What a round what a great fight.

  • 3:55+ is that an elbow from barrera?

  • I wish I could have seen this ringside!

  • yeah i would have paid top dollar. so worth it

  • blood war! i love it

  • How on earth do you give that round to Barrera?

  • this is one of the best fights in history

  • the mexicas are the best for the fights,

  • round 5 of this fight was round of the year... both merchant and lederman dave the round to barrera! Is there anybody here who thinks morales won that round? because I think he did, decisively!

  • Absolutely Morales won that round. Both Merchant and Lederman got caught up in some sort of sentimental emotion that round because it was resolutely clear through compubox that morales won....he out landed Barrera 51 to 24 in that round.

  • he is old asshole!

  • de la hoya never got a chance to fight pacman when he was young but at least he fought him and proved that he could fight great fighters!!!

  • He proved he could fight a great fighter? What did he prove? He got his ass whipped..he never touched Manny. Anybody could do that. I would take an ass whippin for a big payday!

  • he didnt really fought in that fight

  • viva mexico

  • i love morales and de la hoya's style nobody could beat them in their prime!

  • But they were beaten in their primes.

  • see at ^:00 morales touches his stomach, lol ive been there. those body punches pay off after a while. it stings constantly lol

  • Both ultimate resilience but morales too technically gifted, n barera too disciplined

Larry Merchant needs to go have a coke n smile n shut da F up

  • hes a poet wtf you talkin about. and i disagree, barerra is more technical then morales.

  • come on they are both technical, it only talkes some knolewdge to notice that.

  • LARRY MERCHANTS A F*KIN DICK

  • damn I know morales looked more hurt in the 5th but you still got to give it to him, because he just connected to much, and didn't go down.

  • Anyone think Marco's got enough left to beat Amir Khan? I hope so cos i'm going to that one, he's one of my favourite fighters of all time.

  • man morales was a great overall fighter...barerra was good but he performed better because morales was the perfect boxer to take him to that high level. i think morales won this fight as well as the second the. one thing about this was his dad was bad trainer. in the closing fights for morales his dad had him at of shape and it showed losing is last four out of five...but primed one of the best ever...easily look at the fights!

  • Barrera was also a great fighter, who proved to be the better man against Morales. He won the first fight in my view, and he definitely won the third. Morales probably took the second fight though, even though the judges saw it differently.

  • this one was close but at the end, Morales took it no doubt in my mind

  • How?? After the 5th round, he completely got his ass kicked. Barrera landed the harder, and more accurate punches. This was Barrera's fight. The rematch should of gone to Morales, and the third fight was Barrera's. Personally, I thought the second fight should of been called a draw.

  • Wow what a fucking round really impresive

  • best round!! what a war!! but i still think morales won that round..

  • best fucking round!

  • the fifth: morales, sixth: morales, lederman clearly doesn't know anything about boxing. morales has those combinations coming all night. fantastic fight.

  • How the hell do you give round 5 to Barrera?

  • wow they are both best although they ARE BOTH KOED OUT BY MANNY PACQUIAO but ill respect them

  • true...but when they fight vs pacquiao both past his prime years

  • people hate to admid it but is true, not taking anything away from pac he is a great fighter, but if he'd faced them on their prime pacman might have gone down and out.

  • If Pac Man faced them in their prime, he would of destroyed them. Actually, he might of beaten Barrera a lot easier, since Barrera was not a great fighter in his prime. He got better with age, and more intelligent. Morales was always great, but I don't think he could handle the speed and power of Pac Man. Either way, both of these guys were sent into retirement by Pac Man.

  • pac-man wont beat mosley though mosley is going to beat mannys ass

  • Mosley will lose, because he's old. Plain and simple. Guys his age, can't stand up to other fighters with great speed, power, and agility. Don't be fooled by his amazing victory over Antonio Margarito. Margarito is tailored made for somebody like Mosley. Pac Man is an entirely different animal.

  • you pactards are fucking crazy pac-man got hurt by jmm and you do dont think mosley can do it because he is old when has mosley showed he is old and your a retard if you think he is simple i dont think you have ever seen him fight because he has the best combos in the ww division

  • I'm not saying Mosley can't win, I just don't see how. He's old, he's pushing 40, and he probably has two or three great fighters left in him. Mosley has shown his age during the last 3 years, and he looked amazing against Margarito, because Mosley still has great hand speed and foot work. But he's not as fast as he use to be, and his stamina isn't what it use to be either. He'll lose to Pac Man because Pac Man is younger, and faster. Plain and simple.

  • And don't try to claim that I've never seen him fight. He's one of the greatest fighters of all time, and I've been a fan of his for almost 10 years. He's a great fighter, but he's past his prime. And the reason that he beat Margarito is because of speed, power, and the fact that Margarito doesn't have one iota of boxing skill.

  • again if you were a real boxing fan you would know anything can happen in boxing and age does not mean shit right now for shane wasnt bernard hopkins supposed to old for pavlik wasnt pavlik supposed have faster hands than b-hop and what happened pavlik got dominated

  • If you knew anything about boxing, then you would know that Mosley IS PAST HIS PRIME. Age always plays a factor. Shane just still has great hand speed, and that's why he's able to beat one dimensional fighters like Margarito, Vargas, and Mayorga. Hopkins beat Pavlik, because Pavlik is a flat-footed fighter, with no real boxing ability.

If Hopkins fought a faster fighter, he would probably lose. And when Mosley faught a faster fighter in Cotto, he LOST. Mosley is past his prime. Period.

  • im not saying mosley is in his prime but styles make fights and if manny charges at shane trowing fast combos its "lights out" for manny

  • Manny is not the fighter that he use to be. Like Shane, he can fight on the inside, the outside, he can box, brawl, move around the ring, and throw combinations from all angles. The last thing he'll do is CHARGE at Shane Mosley.

  • shane mosley's reach is 74 and manny's reach is 67 if anybody is going to fight on the outside its shane manny is going to have no choice but to brawl

  • Shane won't fight on the outside. You've obviously haven't seen most of his fights. He always goes toe to toe, and looks for the knockout. He's a great boxer, but only for so long. And he doesn't have the stamina anymore to move around the ring, and use it to his advantage. And he won't be able to box somebody as aggressive as Pac Man. He'll need to fight, and Manny's youth will win those exchanges.

  • i was not implying that shane would fight on the outside you said manny would fight on the out which is complete BS!!!!

  • I said Manny can fight on the inside, and the outside. And he has fought on the outside in recent years. He has "controled aggression", which is why he's been unstoppable for over 4 years. He doesn't go wild and crazy anymore, and he's not a one dimensional fighter anymore either.

  • please i would love to know when manny has EVER how on the inside your just another pactard who thinks manny can beat anybody

  • I don't think Manny can beat anybody. He might lose to Mayweather, Mosley, and probably Cotto. But he could also beat because of his speed, power, and versatility as a fighter. Watch his fights against Delahoya, Diaz, and Ricky Hatton. He faught them on the inside, the outside, and moved around the ring. He can box, brawl, and throw combinations from different angles now.

  • oscar was a walking skelton the night he fought pac jorge arce could of beat oscar that night rick hatton is a human punching bag and DIAZ he just sucks

  • Ricky Hatton was a damn good brawler who was undefeated at 140 pounds, and David Diaz was also pretty good. Not great, but good enough to beat some tough competitors. Give Pac Man his credt. He's a great fighter, who is being compared to some of the past greats from other nows right now. He's a complete fighter. He can fight on the inside, the outside, he can box, brawl, and throw many combinations from different angles. Which has been proven time and time again.

  • ricky hatton was tailor made for pac man and everybody knows ricky was never the same after the floyd fight

  • Don't pay attention to Floyd's bullshit. Ricky was the same fighter after he lost to Floyd. Most people know that, and he completely destroyed Paulie Malignaggi like it was nothing. So at 140 pounds, he was still undefeated and a dangerous fighter. The older Pac Man probably would of had a tougher fight, but this new intelligent Pac Man kicked his ass for 2 rounds, and made it look easy.

  • evreybody knew he was never the same and anybody with decent power can destroy a glass jawed boxer like the magic man

  • He was the same fighter, and he was probably a better one. He just couldn't stand up to the greatness of Pac Man. Give credit, where credit is due.

  • you mean Paulie??? Dude you are calling him glass jawed??? WTF!!!

  • yes paulie he is glass jawed

  • that is why he survived against cotto

  • cotto is not a great puncher he is a great finisher but not a great puncher

  • whoever said that has to be kidding or doesn't know much about boxing... =)

  • how the f#$k is Malginaggi a glass jawed fighter. He obviously is a flawed fighter but if u watch his fight with Cotto u will c his chin is not one of his weaknesses!

  • he had a broken jaw he has heart but weak chin

  • when have u ever seen him really in trouble from a headshot

  • broken jaw does not mean a weak chin!Iam far from a Malignaggi fan but please get your facts straight.THANX!

  • hell naw go look at his fight with ricky hatton every time he gets hit he gets scared

  • What's amazing is that people underestimating Pac Man, and claim that all he does is charge with aggression, as if he's still a one dimensional fighter. When in reality, he's proven to be more versatile in the last 4 years, and has become a fully rounded fighter.

  • who has ever underestimated pac man

  • And yes, Oscar was a shot fighter. But he would of done a lot better against lesser opposite then Manny. Many people thought Oscar would knock out Manny, forgetting how great Manny was becoming and that he faught better fighters then Delahoya.

  • manny people thought that until the weigh ins when oscar came in looking like a skelton

  • old weight drained de la hoya

  • lol

  • Now I'm not saying Mosley isn't capable of beating Pac Man. He'll obviously do ALOT better then Oscar Delahoya. But Mosley is an aging legend, and I don't think he has the stamina, or the youth to face an anime like Pac Man. He would have an easier time against fighters like Miguel Cotto, or Zab Judah. Not Pac Man, and probably not Mayweather.

  • first of all zab judah is faster than flyod and is probally faster than manny and if a fighter like miguel cotto had problems with him shane would put zab and manny to sleep i can see what you are saying about the aging part but shane's cardio look pretty damn good in his last fight

  • Zab Juda is not faster then Floyd, or Manny. Floyd's hand speed, and foot work destroyed Zab Judah. And Manny's hand speed is like lightning at this point. Unlike Manny, you can actually see Zab's punches coming. And Miguel Cotto kicked Judah's ass. And I don't think Shane is going to knock out Manny, nor do I think he'll ever win. He's past his prime, and he's only getting older.

  • zab judah is faster than flyod and flyod is faster than manny and evreybody knows judah was winning the fight until his classic mental breakdown and how many low blows did it take miguel cotto to win judah almost won that fight too

  • Zab isn't as fast as Floyd. That was proven in their fight, so this isn't even a debate. Floyd's hand speed is incredible, and his accuracy is pitch perfect. He can land punches that alot of people can't even see landing. Anybody with eyes could see that Zab was losing that fight after the fifth round. Mayweather neautrilized Zab's jab and aggression, and beat his ass. And Cotto's low blows were an accident, it didn't change the fact that Zab was going to get his ass kicked.

  • yes zab is faster than floyd he was clearly winning the fight until his mental breakdown i dont even think you have seen the fight if you think otherwise

  • You obviously haven't seen the fight either, since you keep making shit up. Zab didn't have a mental breakdown, he just couldn't stand up to the speed and power of Floyd Mayweather. Zab has a glass jaw, and always had stamina problems. He was only winning the fight during the first 4 rounds. After that, he got his ass kicked.

  • And what mental breakdown are you talking about?? That's your excuse?? Zab LOST fair and square to Floyd, because Floyd was the better fight. Plain and simple.

Zab Judah was an overrated fighter, with no great boxing skills, and he couldn't take a big punch. His biggest weakness is the fact that he has a glass jaw, and can't take a big punch. Which is why he couldn't stand up to fighters like Kosta, Floyd, Miguel, and Joshua Clottey. He was even knocked down by Cory Spinks.

  • zab judah would breakdown he would gas or get mad like he did in the floyd fight witch caused the free for all its clear to me you have never seen the fight

  • That's not a mental breakdown, that's just something many fighters have a problem with. Zab has always had stamina problems, especially when the other fighter is applying alot of pressure, and beating his ass. Floyd's body punches is what broke apart Zab Judah, and he beat his ass after the fourth round. I can see that you've never seen the fight, and that you're just being another Zab Judah fanboy. Stop making excuses, and pay attention to the facts.

  • go look at some of zabs fights and you can see when he is loosing he starts to fight dirty if thats not a mental breakdown i dont know what is

  • That's not a mental breakdown. Those are just street tactics. He was losing to Floyd, so he decided to fight dirty. Barrera use to do it too. The only difference is that Barrera was actually a great fighter.

  • that is a mental breakdown he knows he cant win the the fight so he has to cheat

  • I don't consider that a mental breakdown. A mental breakdown is what Oliver Mccall did in his rematch against Lennox Lewis.

  • cotto has a glass jaw but thats not his biggest problem his problem is he gasses just like judah and you saying judah is overrated is complete BS if anything he is underrated

  • Cotto doesn't really have a glass jaw, he just can't take alot of punishment. And his defense is mediocre, which is his biggest flaw. He barely knows how to tie a fighter up.

  • cotto has one of the worst chins in the ww division thats the one of the reason he moved up in weight classes go look at the corley fight he almost got koed by a smaller corley

  • Cotto has a decent chin, it's obviously better then Judah's. But Cotto can't take a lot of punishment. He can fight, he's got power, and he knows how to recover from a knockdown. He just has stamina issues, and a mediocre defense. That is all.

  • And Judah has always been overrated. He's barely even a good fighter. He's lost to some of the best fighters in his era, and couldn't stand up to tough competition. He's not even underrated, since he's barely on a rating system. He's an above average fighter, and he's embarrassed the sport by acting childish. Especially when he hit Floyd below the belt when he was losing. Those are street tactics, and it's childish.

  • judah was never overrated he wasnt the undiputed ww champ for nothing

  • Anybody with some boxing ability can be a champion. It's very easy to become a champion in any weight division. If John Ruiz could win a heavyweight title, then basically every fighter can win a title. Just because Judah was a champion, doesn't mean he was a good fighter. He was overrated, and that was proven to be a fact, time and time again.

  • man these guys fight so good make my dick hard

  • wow

  • best round of any fight, ever.

  • Best Round.of all time

Best Fight of all time hands down

  • best round ever!

  • I gave them both a 10-10 for the tremendous heart they showed by staying on their feet toe to toe

  • Morales won rd 5 clearly, those commentators are on acid.

Morales just edged a slow paced 6th, not much in it.

    Morales won 5 & 6.

  • how did morales not drop after that left hook in the 5th? that showed alot of heart and a great legs

  • Merchant is an idiot!!!!!!!

  • No way Merchant should be giving Barrera the 5th after the 8-9 rights Morales landed. Round 6 for Morales barely for his workrate. 3-3 on my card.

  • Morales round 5-6
