Removing Passenger Rear Door Panel 2004 4Runner

u know u dont need to pry the light off, just take the handrest cover and unplug the from there, also take two screws off, one on the handle and the cover u just removed, then pull from bottom and lift up, on the cables to the handle, just unhook it, no need to unscrew the assembly.
