  • Tabata is not just 8 sets of 20 seconds of activity followed by 10 seconds of rest. The 20 seconds of activity must be at 170% of your VO2 max, which is ultra high. Think along the lines of a flat out sprint while you are fresh levels of intensity. Tabata is not something that can be done ofter an hour of training.

    However, I congratulate you on getting through extra cardio conditioning at the end of training.

  • even harder is to fully extend your arms overhead at the top of the jump, the clap is a good progression to work up to it though!

  • Doing a clap with the push up makes it even more fun ;)
