These kind of customers really piss me off. I could go into a rant on the kind of customers I've had to deal with, but I think you already know.
What kind of costumer does that? This guy is being too over sarcastic. Before you are dissed or mistreated they will present your incompetence and unablility to identify with the costumer's need therefore you are fired.
Trust me this customer was one of the worst I've ever had. When you work in retail full time, trust me, you see the worst of the worst. Very little of this video was exaggerated. He was a large man about six foot two with ponytail dreadlocks who was quite possibly coming down from meth. The only customer I've had who was worse was a gentleman who screamed at my boss (with no other customers in the store mind you) about how Bush was Hitler and how he wished he could be on Bush's fireing squad.

but man i tell ya what i can relate...ok i work in a supermarket so i deal with food n stuff rather than electronics but still, i can definatly relate when it comes to the whole retarded customers thing
