because you need to get ur def up wid melee at first. until u got 40 def. :) den u go pc and train their or you just keep training with melee all the way till 60 def. at 60 def you need to go pc and start training. 20 str helps level def up faster. u get steel dagger and max 5 all the time. soon you'll have 60 def in no time. im making a def pure too thats how i why i know why he got 20 str and 5 att :) ty. im 'lil stryder1' (my main) in rs. add me:)

oh yh i forgot to mention. its better to do pc (pest control) at 40 def because you will soon need money to buy the good armour. so inother word.... you get ur def up in pc and get money wen u win he round :)
