In many places of Africa even their winters feel like summer, or at least in Cameroon where I lived for two years it did.I thought it was summer all year round in Brazil. Everyone knows when it's winter for us it's summer for Australia, perfect time to travel there. I've traveled almost everywhere, but definitely not to the places you mentioned.
