Keep doing what you are doing. It is not how you do it, it is how your participants enjoy the choreo. No use to do High energy if half the people are not getting it or getting hurt. I love this choreo and I will use it in our classes.

This is a Zumba class, not Zumba Gold. This song is actually pretty high impact with all the jumping, although I show the class how to modify the moves to make it low impact.
