for your heel issue...look up "runners loop"...it is a way to lace the shoe so your heel doesn't slip. A great shoe...I have the orange/grey Livestrong edition.

By the way if anything goes wrong with the shoe like the bubble popping u just cant send them back to nike. You had to buy them at either Nike town or Nike factory. Then you have to check the dates on the sizing tag. There is a two year warranty from the date on the left hand side of the tag.

I have them too, they are comfortable but my one heel slips out as well.. very odd. Makes me think the shoe should have come up a bit higher around the ankle. I grab a pair of Airmax's every year 09's, 10's 11's.. the 11's are my favorite look wise
@J4Justus yea bro, I agree they should have made the heal higher, just cut a sock in half like I did and it will take care of that problem. Try wearing them barefooot if ur just going to the market or something, really nice the u can feel the air through them on ur feet.
