A wicked wheel is just a different compressor wheel for a 99-03 7.3 powerstroke out of a 94-97 powerstroke to make it whistle more. No performance gains

sounds like that truck has more work dun to it then just the exhaust sounds like its got a banks High Boost Compressor Wheel or something like that. sounds really good tho.

@eqblerh man idk.. but i just ordered a 5 inch exhaust for my van with muffler, bc my friend got a 4" straight pipe and its too loud for me. and its just too loud inside.

@countryboy6030 IIRC, the wicked wheel helps it spool up faster at lower rpm and eliminates surge. But you should lose a few psi in boost.
