Worst coaster at Kennywood! The Phantom is 10x better! They need to make this ride bigger and faster! The launch is so lame, they roller coaster car is already moving when it(launches/rockets) from 0-50 in 3.5 seconds. If it was going to do the whole launch thing it should do it right. Worst ride ever rode totally disappointed!

I am a local of Pittsburgh and they played this exact video on the Pittsburgh KDKA news saying it was a preview that is animated (before it was built) and not real. I am sure because the same car passed, and it was the EXACT same weather. I know this is animated, but you say what you want. I love the ride, know this video is animated, and I don't care how many thumbs down i get on this comment.

@momopuddingpeach It's not animated. We were there when the park filmed it & saw the way they filmed it. They had a small camera in a clear plastic case mounted to the front of the coaster, just above the track.

Lame-o! Six Flags Magic Mountain has 16 high-tech, high-speed, high-thrills coasters. Some are over 200 feet tall! Some have vertical (yes, VERTICAL!) drops of 100 plus feet! Some you are horizontal to the ground. Some you stand up on. Some are "floorless." They even have the one and only Zac-Spin coaster in North America, and it just opened up this year! Now THAT'S high-tech! I grew up in western PA and have been to Kennywood numerous times. Trust me -- that park is lame-o!

Now kennywood is ment to provide fun(yes,FUN) to the area and they a lot less money than six flags. So they dont need intamin zac spins or stand up coasters to be a good park. Now if you want a little more than six flags go to a cedar fair park like cedar point,kings island, kings dominion.....etc

I think this was a little overrated when it opened. Yes its a very smooth ride and I did like it. It was my first time doing inversions with just a lap restraint. But I don't think it was worth all the hype that it got. That's just me though. I would definitely prefer the Phantom's Revenge.

The layout is very similar to Zierer's Launched Tower model. Of course there's quite a few differences, but I'd bet that the layout was based on that.

Omg I LOVE this ride.. It is very fast, but very thrilling. (: Goes too quick though, but for the little space they had to make it, they did an awesome job! It's smooth, fast, and veryy fun. Can't wait to go again. June 13th maybe May 7th for my b-day party for our school picnic and for daddy's week off. :)

I rode this in the first week and i waited 4 hours to get on it kept on breaking down but when you get on it is awesome and worth the wait. Right after this i got on the skycoaster (the thing that swings people over the lake) and had a great day at kennywood (thumbs up if you have rode the skycoaster).

I hate this ride. It only goes fast when it blasts you off and that only lasts for a second. I'm so glad I didn't wait an hour and a half waiting in line and just got one of those tour thingys. Just go on the exterminator or the phantoms revenge if you go there.

@samij520 it is a lot of fun also make sure to go on the sky coaster (the thing that swings you across the lake) and some other classics like the racers, jackrabbit ... etc but my favorite are the aero 360, the one with the kenntywood arrows(forgot the name) and the phantoms revenge. anyway have fun.

The restraints are so tight that you can't even enjoy the ride. You don't get any airtime nor can you tell that you're going upside down. I strongly suggest that you do not waste your time riding it.

i love this ride! i live near kennywood i have rode this many times... went 4 times this summer (3 when it was open) and it is my favorite ride in the world. i have been to a fair share of parks but none like cedar point or anything with a ton of big ones so im sure there are some better. anyhow, this ride is the best mix of smoothness, intensity, speed, and excitement. love it! im hopefully working there next summer and i can ride it everyday at lunch!
