The issue with blade grinders is NOT that they burn your beans, but rather that the grind is uneven in size....some tiny some big pieces. Rather stir with a wooden or bamboo chop stick than with a medal spoon...less potential to break the fragile glass carafe. Good video thanks!

I tried it your way... but Im out of milk and cream so I cant be sure if its truly good or not. Also I dont have a coffee grinder so I had to use my store bought PC stuff.
