Ehm, that longboat was built here in Denmark at the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde. A genuine copy of a longboat I guarantee...no diesel engine whatsoever. Come to Denmark and see for yourself. They build them at Roskilde Viking Ship Museum, where you can also see the real ships found in Denmark.
The crew sailed it all the way from Denmark to Dublin in Ireland by the way. They stopped by Orkney, whose population also originate from the vikings:)

Lovely boats and scenary, it's been way too long since I was last there. Hopefully be back soon, Orkney is such a beautiful place to visit.
