yeah, i think thats normal speed with a nice light Bo. Ive used a light one. feels very odd when used to nice heavy ones.

if its quite dense, it doesn't matter about the weight - if you're spinning in the same direction, mass helps because of momentum. the only problem lies in when the diameter is too great...then air resistance comes into play

i use a metal hollow one for practise - more precise lol

I used to take martial arts for 11 years, but I haven't practiced the Bo Staff in at least 3, and life got to me too fast and I lost control over martial arts and almost forgot everything I worked so hard to achieve, thanks

It looks a lot like a girl with a batton, twirling around without any direct fighting skills. You should refer to your skill as visual arts, not martial arts.
