The truth is that men's preferences vary. A lot of men do love curves but there are those that don't like them as well. Moreover some men may find Scarlett Johansson's level of curves hot but Kim K's too much and vise versa. Some men like big boobs but don't care for a booty and some men like pear shaped women because they're all about the ass. It's ridiculous to think that all men have one preference.

On top of being a 6 foot woman, I've been a pear-shape ever since puberty (though now with loosing weight, I can glimpse a possible hourglass) and it's absolutely hell finding anything that fits, especially pants. I'd rather stay in my old, worn-out pants than going through the disappointment of trying to find new jeans. Also, though I like the shape of high heels, people call me Hightower if I wear them.

The funny thing is, I think most women do know that men prefer curves. I work in a beauty environment and it seems to me that most women aren't trying to look good for a man, they're trying to look better than all the other women! It's of course, just as insane as thinking that a stick is sexy, but it's sad all the same. I wish that women could all love themselves and see everyone for their unique quirks and beauty like most men do. My love handles are my man's favorite bits to kiss and cuddle!

@chunkyhugo Im a teenager and I have PROOF that most boys prefer girls who are skinny ,for example girls are always telling me how pretty I am but there aren't any boys that like me cuz I'm a slightly bigger size of what is considered to be normal.the most upsetting thing though teen guys have crushes on girls like beyonce and kim kardashian..what fucking hypocrites! I used to be confident but now cover myself up and cant even sit down cuz of how much I' afraid of being judged for being curvy

I'm sorry but your own experience isn't proof that ALL men like skinny women. Teenage boys are very impressionable. They drool over Beyonce and Kim K because popular opinion says they're hot but then listen to the other side that generally says it is better to have no curves than curves. You'll find out soon enough that there are many men that will appreciate your body. Hold your head up high and appreciate the fact that you are you.
