It's a good effort, but I'm afraid many of the chords are incorrect. Here's a hint... let's suppose we were playing in the key of C (the actual song is in F). The chords are: F Em Dm G C. F Em Am Dm G C. The bridge is more complicated: Bm E Am* C7 F Em Am. etc. (there are lots of inversions etc. I can see the chords in my head but I don't know their names).
