Stelena is so beautiful! This episode proved that Delena could never work cuz Damon can't let Elena make any decisions for herself!!! I mean WTF? He made a decision that would make her so upset on her last day before the sacrifice!!! Luckily for Damon that John did what he did!
This was GORGEOUS. I really really loved them in this last episode. I love all the DESK couples, even if I'm more prone toward Damon where Elena's concerned this season, heheh, so obviously I adored this. Great job. These 2 were really spectacular this last episode. <3

coz like Damon, stefan forced blood to his brother so that they will be together forever..... He didnt want that same mistake again for DAmon or ELENA. Guess Stefan loves both of them. and he is the bigger person. he chose his humanity even if that wuld render him weak and boring to some viewers. but his struggle is inside. not like Damon which is all over the place.... and one more thing. STEFAN saved ELENA first in the car accident before TVD even began. so i guess that is something.
I think STEFAN is not boring as he has the depth of a person who indeed lived a hundred years. DAMON forcing blood to ELENA was selfish. STEFAN didnt want that to happen bc he knew ELENA didnt want to turn into a vampire what with its consequences. ELENA would never mention it to stean bc she is in love with him and of course doesntwant him to hurt. What stefan was trying to prevent was the lfetime of misery-like promise DAMOn made to STEFAN. he didnt want elena to have that hate.
@TheCrazywee Also Stefan can relate to Elena's pain now right? Katherine took away his free will by taking his fear and making him drink her blood. So he understands where Elena is coming from. And he also gets how she is gonna hate Damon for doing that to her. This is the main reason why he would never have forced Elena to become a vampire for his reasons. He isn't Katherine or Damon who are both very selfish as vampires.
@1mag1nat10nl1f3 haha! yes i totally agree. i love sharing these thoughts and analyze the character's actions and their choices. but no matter what, even if Stefan is weak physically, but mentally and emotionally, he is really very mature. and u are right, even if he wanted Elena to be with him forever, he wouldnt ask or beg her to become a vampire because from the start he knows she doesnt want to be one. if yes, she wouldve asked a long time ago =)
I don't watch TVD anymore because of my jammed up cable and because I can't find a website to stream the whole episodes. So I gave up. But I did watch the heartbreaking episode where Elena told Stefan to close his eyes while Klaus takes her away. I seriously balled my eyes out. It doesn't help that the song was heart wrenching as well. I may not be THAT big a fan of TVD anymore, but I'll never ship Delena. I'll always, always, always be team Stelena.

Damon ruined everything. Elena's plan wasn't perfect but he made it worse. Gosh... Why??? Why can't he think before he acts? I just love Stefan and Elena. They love each other so much. And I forgot who said it before: their love isn't selfish. And that's what true love is all about.
this was so touching i mean damon took it to far i understand he wants to protect elena but he took it too far like elijah said she will never forgive him and never is a very long time for a vampire like her said. I'm DE but nice video :) the only thing i don't understand is how you SE shippers can be okay about Stefan just shrugging this whole thing off. @Thistoxiclove It's not about Stefan and/or Damon here, it's about Elena. It's her life, her choices, her decisions. And Stefan respects them because his love for Elena is selfless.
Plus, about Stefan "handling Elena over to Klaus":
A) He could have fought against Klaus, sure. But then Elena would be left with a dead (for real this time) boyfriend (it's Klaus we're talking about here) And imo, she doesn't need anymore drama in her life.
B) Stefan knows Elena has vampire blood in her system (courtesy of Damon) so he knows she won't die. But he was hurt nevertheless because he knew Elena did NOT want to become a vampire.
And finally, Damon did not save Elena's life. He actually took away from her the human life she wanted. He didn't care about what Elena wanted, he just knew HE couldn't loose her (selfish reason).
Anyway I agree Damon loves her, but in a very abusive,selfish & unhealthy way. That's my opinion ;)

Damon, whether you'd like to believe it or not, DID save her life. unlike Stefan. fe Elena was going to die if he didn't do that. she wasn't thinking. she says she's not going to be able to have a family or anything but guess what? she wouldn't be able to have a family anyways if she was dead. this way she can actually LIVE. it may seem selfish of Damon. but he did this impulsively and out of love. no one else was doing anything, he felt he didn't have a choice.

Its not like he cares about them. And what damon's trying to fix right now is the mess he started. He wants the ritual to be pushed to the next full moon so all the blood can leave her system so she can come back as a human and not a vampire.

She wants to be the noble one, to save her family and the people she loves, and why should she not be allowed to do this if he would? He is an honorable enough guy to respect her wishes and not take matters into his own hands. He is willing to sacrafice his life for her,

As much as I love him, Damon is impulsive, reckless, and disrespectful of her wishes over and over and over again, even if it is to save her life. Stefan is less exciting and dramatic, but he is always the one who treats Elena like an equal, like someone who has a mind of her own rather than like property to be "protected."

Aww this was so SWEET :) I LOVED IT, Stefan & Elena are so much more adult about their relationship. Damon is like a child really, he likes fun, he's afraid of commitment because of Katherine and he needs somebody like her at the same time. This episode showed me just how much Stefan and Elena love each other. Their love is truly forever ;)

@October456 i agree, damon should have discussed the options first instead of forcing elena to drink his blood, but i also have to criticize stefan for not discussing the option with her when they were unsure about the elixir.. because here r the facts
1. elena was going to get sucked dry by klaus anyways for klaus to be killed
2. if elena drinks the elixir it will be 50/50 chance she would survive
3.if she drinks vampire blood it will be 100 % she will come back but as a vampire
@October456 i think if both damon and stefan sat elena down and discussed this, i think she would have agreed on the 3rd choice, but remember that this is a tv show, there has to be some drama and conflicts, the writers want the audience to never be sure of one thing,and always think about what will happen next and who will end up with whom. and thats whats fun about the show,the way things r going right now i think they r building the delena relationship so it makes sense when they get together
@October456 anyways i dont think elena will become a vampire this season, it would be too soon for her to become one..they need to explore the human elena for a while longer. as for the couples i think damon and elena will happen anytime soon, but i believe in damons potential, same with katherine and stefan..for now stelena makes more sense.

Wonderful! This episodes was so epic! I'm usually not a big SE fan, but this time they really touched my heart... The goodbye scene was so full of pain, regret, purest love... And he also gets how she is gonna hate Damon for doing that to her. This is the main reason why he would never have forced Elena to become a vampire for his reasons. He isn't Katherine or Damon who are both very selfish as vampires.

I don't watch TVD anymore because of my jammed up cable and because I can't find a website to stream the whole episodes. So I gave up. But I did watch the heartbreaking episode where Elena told Stefan to close his eyes while Klaus takes her away. I seriously balled my eyes out. It doesn't help that the song was heart wrenching as well. I may not be THAT big a fan of TVD anymore, but I'll never ship Delena. I'll always, always, always be team Stelena.

I'm DE but nice video :) the only thing i don't understand is how you SE shippers can be okay about Stefan just shrugging this whole thing off. B) Stefan knows Elena has vampire blood in her system (courtesy of Damon) so he knows she won't die. But he was hurt nevertheless because he knew Elena did NOT want to become a vampire.
And finally, Damon did not save Elena's life. He actually took away from her the human life she wanted. He didn't care about what Elena wanted, he just knew HE couldn't loose her (selfish reason).
Anyway I agree Damon loves her, but in a very abusive,selfish & unhealthy way. That's my opinion ;)

Its not like he cares about them. And what damon's trying to fix right now is the mess he started. Maybe what Damon did was selfish but he doesn't need to be hated for that...But I think that Stefan doesn't completly disaggree with Damon's decision. He loves Elena too and he don't want to lose Elena either but he doesn't want her to hate him either. That's my opinion at least xD

1. elena was going to get sucked dry by klaus anyways for klaus to be killed
2. if elena drinks the elixir it will be 50/50 chance she would survive
3.if she drinks vampire blood it will be 100 % she will come back but as a vampire

@October456 i think if both damon and stefan sat elena down and discussed this, i think she would have agreed on the 3rd choice, but remember that this is a tv show, there has to be some drama and conflicts, the writers want the audience to never be sure of one thing,and always think about what will happen next and who will end up with whom. and thats whats fun about the show,the way things r going right now i think they r building the delena relationship so it makes sense when they get together

I only don't agee with you about DB - he doeans't want her dead, he just would be able to stand it if she'd died if it would be for Elena's sake- that's not the same :D

@October456 Yes, I got it :) And still I'm sure that Damon doesn't want Bonnie's death - he want's her alive, but if it would save Elena, then he's going to accept her sacrifice & death. The fact that if he should chose between Bonnie & Elena to save only one he'd defenately chose Elena dosen't mean that he basically wants Bonnie dead! Lol, what a misunderstanding:P

Wonderful! This episodes was so epic! I'm usually not a big SE fan, but this time they really touched my heart... The goodbye scene was so full of pain, regret, purest love... Can't imagine the unberable pain of seeing your love the last time & letting her/him go... That's why I'd probably do what Damon did - because of selfishness. SE relationship was so mature at this ponit... You showed it perfectly!

I was so angry against Damon when he almost killed his brother and when he gave blood to Elena... what the hell was he thinking ?? i know he love her but he just can't turn her into a vampire against her will ! Oh God, this guy really pissed me off when is "Oh Elena, i don't want you to die, you have to do what I want 'cause Iove you..."... I don't hate Damon, i find he's fun but sometimes i just pissed me off.... Your vid is awesome, fav' <3

You brought back everything I felt last night while watching the epi. <3 AND I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH EVERYTHING YOU SAID ABOUT DAMON. I can't forgive him for this. I was BEGGING Stefan to beat him because this is the last straw. He can abuse people in Elena's life, fine. But when he takes away her free will....Damon, I'm not ok with that. For this episode, I was 100% Stelena. Their love isn't selfish. I still love Damon, but....he ruins everything. :(
