I added Tweety and made a Twitter wave... though I don't really use Twitter, I prefer doing everything from Google Wave. So, I have Facebook in Wave as well. I don't really like Facebook... But my friends are on it and the simple mobile version I use in Google Wave is more palatable than going directly to Facebook.
I use Twitter as a marketing tool so it is nice to have another way to update it.
