  • make sure you have strong knees before doing this. If you dont work on your quads and hamstrings to get that strength. The amount of force you put on this workout is tremndous(4-6 times body weight per jump) be careful.

  • @gocubs2626 well I can only talk for my expirience as an sprinter and track couch ,what we do is training first on the track for some months with exercises on sand and jumps and runing drills when your are ready we star on the gym ,we never do the gym first ,

  • Now this is very intense, gets the heart rate going. Like the challenge. Thanks for sharing.
