It would of been well cool if after the dance they completely blacked out the room and it all went silent and dark and then BAM!!!!! the drapes fall down and there is LIGHT!!! lol

You just have to hand it to Antwerp Station! They have a geat PR person! This was a staged masterpiece, and the Sound of Music dance was exceptionally good! After all both were in English! I cannot imagine the British doing something in French or Flemish to this very high standard. Thanks for posting this excellent video! I would like to visit Antwerp again before I die!

Very nice new opening of the Central Station in 2008. (8 years there were works on the stationbuiling).

this is antwerp we are proud to have the most beautiful trainstation in the world. so each time a part of the restoration is finished we just have a party; have a look for the video : sound of music centraal station antwerpen
