I felt as if TTYD was the best in series. It was just so well made, and had the best storyline.

SPM was great too, but I think I liked the partners better (Let's face it, Goombella and Goombario > Tippi), at least IMO. The partners just had more character, specially in TTYD. I also liked the platforming. Problem is it doesn't pack a challenge....

PM 64 is a good game, and so is SPM. But TTYD is a disgrace to the paper mario series! Its really hard! I tried 5 times to beat Grapple 2.0 and I cant beat the shadow queen to this day!

Lol, you kept talking about how you could imagine what each screenshot would look like in stereoscopic 3D. You sound extremely confident it will be used in this game. It kind of got annoying. I'd prefer this game not us the 3D effect. This game and all other sidescrollers are ones in which I would turn the 3D off. I doubt developers would even include a 3D effect in sidescrollers.

I know nintendo is just using the chain chomp enemy as your partner, but I really hope they give him something that makes him not like the regular chain chomp enemies. Maybe a top hat or something.
