great ideas... just a comment about interview angles... for the best effect, get your f-stop down to a small a number as possible. Wack in ND, or shutter... this way you get seperation between the subject and background - and forground if you decide to have a foreground!

Yes, we did this in 1982 but I thought I'd post it now that youtube was invented as the techniques are still good.

Those camcorders look too new to be from 1982... miniDV didn't even come out until 1995..

I'd say this video was originally made in the late 1990's. Some sequences even after because you hae a scene where you are editing in Final Cut Pro on OSX.
