What would probabily have worked better is to make the full Mp3 with miku making the full pronounciation and then compresing the parts of it you need with another program to so that it does not cut it off or do strange things.

It's youtube compression, to make the video smaller and save space they compress your videos. This can put things out of sync on some videos, but it sounded like Miku had trouble keeping up with the lyrics anyway.
