I developed these for UT, so I have no idea how to make them work in Unreal or Unreal Gold.

I guess there was a topic about that in OldUnreal forums and the guys there said UT mods in Unreal aren't possible without either remaking some things or tweak Unreal itself (with UT Botpack package).

i got the mod but i can't find the megaton, ultima protos and the ultimate. what did i do wrong?

@marochima2 The megaton and ultimaprotos are disabled by default in the pack, to avoid overkill in a map. You can get them by going to the menu Mod > Nali Weapons II Settings > Weapons tab, and you will see that those 2 weapons are unchecked, so just check them. Or you can summon them directly in game through the console:

summon naliweaponsiix.megaton

summon naliweaponsiix.ultimaprotos

The Ultimate doesn't come with Nali Weapons, go check the link on my The Ultimate video instead ;)

Yes, pretty much. Although in Nali Weapons III the Ultima Protos will look pretty much like the current UltimaProtos and the Ultimate together with all the power and effects enhanced. But since I only started to develop NW3 this week, it will take some months until I get to the UltimaProtos remake. :)

I no longer have this map (lost on the last HDD format, my fault for not back up this map).

But also with the enhancements I will aplly to all nuclear explosions (as well to all nali weapons) a map like this won't be necessary again to visualize the real power of these lol (there will be a megaton v2 for example with better and less laggy smoke, fire and shock effects, it will take a bit of work though).

...i mean just look at it that way...Ut2004 has three weapons categorized as SuperWeapons its Redeemer, Ion Painter and Target Painter...and one replaced another after time...so in such ocassion of things its not a bad idea to have Energy super mass destruction weapon in Ut classic...

About that, don't worry :) I am currently developing a Single Player campaign, which will have vehicles, enhanced nali weapons (in effects), etc, etc.

3 vehicles are already done (2 jeeps and 1 tank), and they work quite good.

The UltimaProtos will be severally changed to match what I consider now minimal quality in my sp campaign (since there will be a cutscene where you will see this weapon with all its might destroying an entire city, with dust rising, better lightnings, etc).

Also, something stronger like that "energy projectile" will be there. I can't say now many details about that since I would spoil your objective as a player in my sp (basically it's a war based storyline where you will have to find the lost weapon from nali, but since skaarj are also looking for it you have to find it first).

But the projectile effect will be much more powerfull visually (I don't mean just "bigger", I mean really better in all levels including effects).

But don't expect it soon, since I am doing an entire team job (coding, modelling, skinning, sounds, mapping, storyline, AI, etc), and also with the little time I have now I might only give some development news in December or January.

by the way i almost forget...i also find Freezer weapon is a bit unuasable, because of the projectile speed...i mean its likke TOO slow and useless against experienced people online and even against crazy bots that dodges attacks like neo from matrix...but its just me, its still your decision...so what do you think let me know will you make Freezer projectile faster ?

About the Freezer, I think it's a bit slow as well, but you also have to take into account that it can "freeze" instantly on some times (and so I personally use it to stronger monsters). Still, I might change it, since I will change and enhance the other weapons as well, be it in damage, ammo usage, speed, effects, etc.

For the 1000000th time, I didn't release it yet due the simple reasons: very buggy, very laggy on most maps, and crash certain custom maps that use heavy overbright lighting.

Also, this weapon doesn't work online, only offline, and I personally consider the effects kinda ugly.

But if you all like that much this weapon, I will release it today, with some info regarding these bugs.
