@thepurpz avoid the tricep move if your wrists really hurt and grab 2 dumbbells and perform tricep kickbacks or anyt other tricep substitution. That will be a lot easier on the wrists.

@Cintyababee25 Okay so since this was a super short workout I apologize for not explaining modifications. If we ever lift the legs, you should keep your head down and place your hands behind your tailbone. If we're upright and it hurts then give your back a "C-Curve" or small curl forward. This should help alleviate. Make sense!!??
