  • after the ab excercise my lower abs HURT for 4 days straight, I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS. but i couldnt do the "lower yourself" thing you did in the beginning, it was really hard. and my lower abs STILL hurt even though i did this 3 days ago. :) is that a good thing??

  • @RAWRifyU bcareful its not your hip flexors as the straight leg raises can be tough on them if your concerned you should consult someone in your local gym maybe u cud ask them to give you an alternative that would suit you better :)

  • I've been doing this every day for nearly a week straight and the first time it was really difficult for me, I could hardly keep up and everything hurt so much, but I'm starting to be able to do it better and embrace the burn. It's getting so much easier. Maybe after a another week, I can do it with your incredible form(:

  • I looooove this workout. It's the only thing I've done since injuring my knee and being unable to run. The first time I was sore for a week in places I didn't know had muscles. Felt stronger the second time. Great results after only 1 workout. Keep it coming!

  • Cassey! I was struggling with this one, but I was able to finish it! I gave out on the very last one, but I tried!! :) The double left lifts killed me, and I was not able to straighten my legs completely, so I had ben at the kness very slightly... but I was able to do them!! I feel sore now!

  • My wrists keep hurting during and after the tricep pushups. Any tips?

  • @thepurpz avoid the tricep move if your wrists really hurt and grab 2 dumbbells and perform tricep kickbacks or anyt other tricep substitution. That will be a lot easier on the wrists.

  • @Cintyababee25 Okay so since this was a super short workout I apologize for not explaining modifications. If we ever lift the legs, you should keep your head down and place your hands behind your tailbone. If we're upright and it hurts then give your back a "C-Curve" or small curl forward. This should help alleviate. Make sense!!??
