Something I recently learned is that Lockheed Martin, one of America's largest military contracting companies, who makes bombs and fighter jets and anything else that is designed to kill people, was involved in collection of our census data and scanning in the forms. So how can they explain that when they say this data is private? If that doesn't make you rethink whether you fill out the census in the future, then I don't know what will.

He said they don't disclose any of the information to any other government agencies, but within the exact Section that he cited himself - Section 9 of Title 13, it says that they do disclose to other government agencies. Besides, the government already admitted to using census data during WWII to round up Japanese-Americans and put them in internment camps. The government will use your information for whatever purposes they want, regardless of any laws opposing it. According to Article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution, the census was enacted to solely collect the number of residents per state to determine their representation in Congress - nothing else.
