  • why do people hold back there planes like that?? its dumb and usually ends badly...just take it off like you would in your full size

  • @GoEflight Actually, it's common practise if the field is too short and/or the grass is a little long

  • It was yawing left on taxi yet you still took off?

    OK, it's your model.

  • @desmogod actually, it wasn't my model... I was just videoing it!

  • What would socrates say if he saw the pic at 1:05

  • sad to see a very nice plane wrecked, if only it had been checked properly , blaming the engine right away after crash,

  • @dave25052005 not engine but odd props... check out another vid on here when it was rebuilt and flown

  • the clues were there for you chumps as soon as the plane 'turned'.....I saw it coming....

thats when you guys get to fly toys only - cuz your heads are 'in the clouds"

  • @spottydog4477 actually, we also fly full sized... quite a few in the club hold PPL's and one is also an airline pilot

  • for you this is funny?you and your friend smile...uhmmmmm?

  • that crash was so low and still broke the wings off damn

  • Did the same thing on the ground...that woulda been my hint something was not right.

  • that sux! it always happens fast like that.

  • When i get bit by a mosquito i do the exact same thing,

  • must of been built in the u.s.

  • looks like it's broken?

  • funny crash

  • Too bad this isn't a gymnastic team. She did a great cartwheel.

  • Yust a little bit of Epoxy :)

  • that was rubbish mr Arkmed never crash toy plane

  • @Heotuo It had nothing to go with the amount of throttle used. The problem laid at rest with the setup of the props.

  • gutted

  • feel for you man, you just put on too much gas too early.... oh well i guess theres always duck tape!!!!!!

  • How the he'll did thy happen it was like a good take off the splat

  • That'll buff right out....

  • wow

  • Isn't that a Brittish design? Hmmmm?

  • The "Wooden Wonder" becomes the "Wooden Blunder".

  • i don't believe it's due the engines that are not running the same rpm.

if this whas the problem you could already see it before lift off.

it are just the ailerons that are reversed. if you ask me... a very stupid mistake, nobody asks me

  • @martijntje198x differant props were on each of it's engines... please read descriptions before posting!

  • @martijntje198x bull shit mate

  • Ground loop, the tail wasn't flying before it was hauled into the air.

    Was it misplaced main gear?

  • Very unstable

  • #FAIL

  • Engines not running equal... as they never do!

  • @shoney1102 please read description, was the props!

  • @robbo11a Same effect...

  • Just needs a little tape!

  • @mannhorn34

If it still doesn't work, you haven't used enough Duck Tape!

  • @robbo11a its Duct tape.

  • @robbo11a if it's not broken, fix it 'til it is!

  • @robbo11a as the saying goes, Grit, Spit and a whole lotta duct tape... will fix everything.

  • Hey all people who posted and want to post comments... can I just ask that EVERYONE READ ALL THE COMMENTS posted... please.

  • @robbo11a AS IF IM GOING TO READ 70+ COMMENTS JUST SO THAT I CAN POST A COMMENT

  • omg thats hurt lol what happened !!!

    tell me please

  • Typical example to us all of hope exceeding talent! A perfectly good plane wrecked by an inexperienced pilot, every club has them.

  • haa haa Fucking amateurs you suck lol!

  • Really their not fixed pitch props? How small are the governers!? Are there governers? Or is that like a manual thing

  • Hahahaha

  • Not matching your propellers' pitch is sure a novice mistake that should have been caught.

Actually, I just wanted to get in on the fun since EVERYBODY ELSE HAS ALREADY SAID THAT OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

    (Yeah, yeah, you're all experts.)

  • A little rudder input on take off could have helped. Nice plane. Pity.

  • 2 engines=Double the trouble.

  • looks like the ailerons are reversed

  • why even try fly if you have to chase it across the ground even befor it is in the air

  • too tail heavy?

    shame, crashed with good spirits

  • Comment removed

  • Freaking Shame!!!

  • i put my foamie into a river! only fooked the esc so no worries don't think his will go back as quickly

  • You're right, took awhile to put back but he did it.. video on my channel of it's flight.

  • Yea a deaper pre flight check should have been done on a airplane like that.

I had reverse aileron problm to, I have a radio that reverses on a flick of a switch, didnt know the switch had been flicked, took off on a foamboard spitfire I built and it fliped just like that, LOl the plane took the crash alot better though! I was able to see latter that the ailerons were moving opposite, the more I tried to correct the plane on takeoff the more it went the wrong way! my bad for not doin preflight.

  • Seems to me if mismatched props were the issue, he never would have made the takeoff roll as straight as he did. It should have been curving to the left right upon release. Then the right rudder he would have been holding would have snapped the plane to the right on liftoff.

Looks more like reversed ailerons from my perspective.

  • the plane gave two clues that it was not ready to fly because it had different props:

-the engines didn't always rev up at the same speed

-it went in a circle unexpectedly

  • lolololololol

  • That's freaking hilarious.

  • wow they seemed to be way beyond their skill level.

  • epic fail

  • reply

  • idiot

  • ma si stupd????????

  • What a waste.

  • Different prop pitch on the two props? How in the name of HELL did that happen? You never, EVER put props on a twin without having them side-by-side on the table and checking the diameters and pitches!

  • Yeah, you're right. The guy who's plane it is should have checked. We also have a club rule that all new planes have to be checked by a 'B' certificate holders prior to a maiden, but didn't happen this time.

  • Ii was so obvious on the first attempt.

  • Shoots down by the flak

  • Did you check the pitch on the props first. Are you a beginner or what!

  • Read the post.. this is not my plane, I just video'd it !

  • DOH!

  • On the first attempt, it was ground looping. When flying twin engines the torque effect is doubled. More right rudder and right aileron is needed. Keep it on the ground longer to build more airspeed before take-off.

  • cheers for the advice, but the problem was each prop had a different pitch !

  • You got to be kidding me.....

  • Yeah, true! The guy who owns it got it fixed and flying..i've posted another vid on here of it.

  • look at the plane man!...next time

  • The pitch on the off side prop was different from the near side hence the dive John said so

  • airelons were reversed

  • I would have to say, i agree with you.

  • they should have just stoped when it whent in circles

  • HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA thats gonna hurt with the budget and work

  • I reakin too much aleiron and not enough run up. Got to be cautious on those twins, I always assume they will turn over, should not use flaps for take off when flying twins.

If one engine goes it will flip over.

Also you should do small hover take offs by running along the ground.

  • Good advise!!

  • Did you take off into the wind?

  • Yep, it was almost still (the wind) and gusted sometimes to about 10mph...but head-on to the take off.

  • Hi robbo, Mossi problem solved but nobody has put the finger on it,including me until now. On close scrutiny, after three crashes, I've found out that the shop who shall remain un-named for legal reasons sent wrong props, same diameter but different pitches.

  • took off to early and stalled it

  • We think not, the guy who owned it and was on the sticks says it was pulling fine and could have taken off on just 3/4 power, but he says he had on full throttle, odd tho!

  • Aileron throws reversed?

  • Hiya. Nope, wasn't that... we all checked of course just before the crash, we think it was either an engine pulling too strong or the wind caught it... hey ho.
