I just came back from a walk in my neibhorhood (Montreal, Canada)and saw several times a car with a google tag on it, lisence plate from california and the guy was driving street by street in his car. The car had a center pole attached to it and it seems like mini cameras on 4 sides.

I ask the guy if it was the google thing and he responses yes!
