Nor do they care to find out. companies have found it's cheaper to dredge, confine, etc. Cheapest methods are easier on people's wallets. Meaning more people get to eat their product. Most people don't know how chickens are raised, or how dredging damages the ecosystem. Just that it's cheap for them and they don't know any better.

He is charging double per scallop because of what he said early on in this video. Commercial fishers are dragging the seabed disturbing fragile ecosystems. Paying double per scallop will go someway too stopping this practice. That's how i understood it anyway
