The saddest thing about their love was they both got sober in the last ten years of his life. Could you imagine how much in love they would have been if they were together which I believe is what each wanted but wouldn't give in. To me Dame Elizabeth was our American Queen and he was her King.

Elizabeth Taylor…truly one of the most beautiful women to ever grace the silver screen. I was born the same year as her, and this allowed me to follow her career from the start. Despite some of her personal problems, I never allowed it to change my opinion of her. A classic beauty and a great actress!.

I think Richard was the love of her life. 1st of all Todd was too old for her at the time. ..she young and easily suade, though sadly he died and so now she can never admit to that. Richard was gorgoues love of her life, .. she was older ...though slightly ,(in her early, early 30's ,thats the best time , ready for a gorgoues Richard, physically and mentally, but mostly physically.  Those were the days.

Her union with Richard Burton lasted the longest ten to eleven years including their re-marriage. Although one can't forget Mike Todd who Taylor also has stated as being one of the two great loves of her life. Mike Todd died to soon though :( You should watch some of the movies that Burton and Taylor made together and look at how they look off each other and feed off of each other...A truley great couple, Love em' both!!!!

Elizabeth is so naturally beautifull compared to A list starts today, not one of them stand out to me as being pure looking or naturally good looking like elizabeth, not even angelina i think her features are too much and it can look abit porn looking. About 3 months ago I saw for the first time their first movie together "Cleopatra"! After watching some of your vids and downloading some of their work together(The taming of the shrew, Virginia Woolf, The Sandpiper, Cleopatra) i realize that this is the greatest couple ever!!

Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor were ment to be together!! They will always live in our hearts through their love. I love them both so much and i really feel very sad about Richard's tragical death!!
