Run a vf620 w/ PLS 115, (as well as another really old stuffer stuffed/cut by hand), run a production line of hand packed trayed sausage( onto a conveyor), + different types of hanging sausage, hung by hand (onto a table).. fairly small scale compared to bigger companys.. but i know the AL can link up to 500 portions a minute depending on the size, never make a sausage that small, but with a 40g breakfast sausage its capable of over 400 a minute
@MysticKnight38 we use an AL linker but it automatically loads the skin onto the nozlle and we also use just the machine without any of the AL line setup and instead of running the sausages onto a bench like i see on the handtmann site and on youtube we catch them as they come out and hang them on our hands, we catch them every 6 sausages so that they 3 down on each side then we string them up and hang them on hooks and bag them then put them in to the fridge, we make roughly 20 tonne a day.
@dalleadelle Our company bought to Hitec Linkwels. I run one of the tied to a Vemeg stuffer. The linker uses chains for the links.... much lick a townson. The VeMeg.... If you are used to using a hantman stuffer like I am the Vemeg is a whole different critter. It uses a twin auger feed system as apposed to the vains in the hantmans an dis a very easy to clean between products... when needed. As for speed I can bang through 250KGs of self stable in 15 mins with myself and a hanger.
