Yuk! another dreadfull arcade emulator version of street fighter 1 :-(

I actually own the arcade machine of this game and it runs so much smoother than this and all the other emulator versions uploaded. Even the music sounds distorted. This is soooo jerky and not true to the arcade version.

I've uploaded the "real" Arcade soundtrack on my site, recorded directly from the arcade board's soundchips along with pics of my machine,...take a look :-)

i know that Sagat gotten his infamous scar from Ryu during Street fighter 1, but it is weird to see him without his infamous scar.

It would have been better if you destroyed Sagat with the Shoryuken, then we'd know what really happened to him... instead of using a Hadouken...

I believe the fireball is an attempt to say "psycho fire" but as with all the sound in sf1, it's badly dubbed. Crying out for a nice remake as a budget title I think, anyone know if capcom have plans to?

i remember this game in the arcade. i played it a lot, and i was shocked when i saw this dude doing fireballs and shoryukens o.o

In hindsight, doing these special are pretty tricky to pull off due to the overtly sensitive controls, but it's worth the effort: A fireball takes away about a third of your opponents' energy, A Hurricane Kick can suck out 2/3 of their life and a well timed Dragon Punch will knock down ANY opponent (when they're in the air!)

The hadouken and hurricane kick I could pull off no problem in this version, but I could never figure out how to get the damnable shouryuken to come out.
