Good idea putting conventional foam around the windows of course that voids your warranty, might cost tens of thousands, thats cool. You seem real interested in sealing your house tight, where are you going to get fresh air? Are you going to raise a family knowing that some fan motor made in Vietnam is responsible for bringing in unconditioned air? Cause those leaks around light switches/doors/windows that bring fresh air with no moving parts are "problems" according to homeowner dave.
