Why buy a Buell, and then fuck it up by turning it into a chopper. Eric Buell went to all that trouble to design a sports bike utilizing a Harley motor, and then you came along and fucked it up! DOUCHBAG!

I know you say its not built for comfort,buy you might look into some low drag bars with pull back risers,short ones,would look and feel better.just a little comment from someone who has been riding for over 15 years.

yeah.. but if you notice in the first few seconds, he has to throw his foot up & use his tippy toes to put it in gear... If you're having to hold your leg up so it stays there, its not going to be comfortable...

well, to be fair, it isn't unique. i'm sure that's basically a sportser engine and not one of their CR's or whatever. so, well, basically just some ole' vtwin chopper that everyone and their grandma seems to want. if he built it himself in his garage, then good job.

2004 Buell lightining. Worst bike ever. owned one for 3 yrs and it spent 1yr in the shop. Bottom end went after 3000klms. If the road had any bumps watsoever and u powered on, it would tank slap. A buell is like a ferrari with a tractor motor in it. ive owned over 40 bikes and the Buell was the only one i couldnt wait to get rid of. This bike would probably handle better then the original LOL.

If you've owned over 40 bikes.... And you had the Buell for 3 years... What the heck took you so long to realize it sucked? Oh, and if you think that Buell doesn't handle well then you've probably never actually owned one. I've been on quite a few bikes and the Buell was the most comfortable for and best at cornering of anything i've ever ridden.

my new bike funds went into to rebuilding my house due to major storm damage.

I wouldve of got rid of Buell after 6 months if i could.

The buell did hav some good points but the bad far outweighed them.

do u own the short wheelbase or long wheelbase? cause theres a huge difference in performance.

You're both wrong. Its a custom motorcycle. A person created it to their tastes and preferences to fit what THEY want. I personally prefer the stock buell over this but I give the guy credit for creating something original and to suit his tastes. The guy is on two wheels instead of four which makes him one of us. Can't youtubers just be positive instead of insulting each other all the time?
