i'd say it has almost more of a neoclassical feel than just straight metal. it's like bach on steroids (like a lot of metal, i guess). this is the first time i've ever heard this, and it's pretty amazing. it started out incredible, and then at 3:15 it pretty much became mind-blowing.

Now, my music taste has grown FAR far beyond the mainstream classic rock i used to be obsessed with (and that I still do appreciate) and I now know that anybody that can play a basic blast beat, can play this song with ease. Also, there are tons of sloppy hardcore punk bands back from the 80's that had way faster songs than this,
